- This is not a vet trip. This his only a test. No one was harmed in the making of this video. I still have all my fingers.
This is actually Angel's old carrier that used to sit in the living room so she could lay on it and look out the window. I may use it for Max. The metal one from last week is too big.

The new owner tries to re-introduce objects, (like pet carriers) and the noise of a television, to try to rehabilitate this traumatized bird. Scanner voice might be a symptom of stress, or maybe just what this bird does. He is imitating cops and dispatchers.

An avian Vet who makes house calls would be even better. Mobile Vets are great. I had a mobile Vet for my cats.

That bird believes itself to be having a full on conversation with its owner. He MEANS what he's saying. The cadence of his voice is so funny too because it sounds just like human emotion. He does NOT want to go I to a carrier!!! Birds are so smart,so funny. I wish I had the time for 1.

I have watched this video at least 10 times now and it just gets funnier every single time.
My parents have 6 exotic birds( cockatoo included) that I have regularly interacted with for many years so I am familiar with their behaviors and their capabilities , both good and bad. Maybe that knowledge is why this video makes me laugh so hard that I cry.
Mister Max has the most charismatic little personality that I have ever seen. I now watch a few videos each day as I just found this channel last week. Thank you Dan for this channel it's very entertaining and it is a wonderful escape from the daily grind!

It's really not stressful as much as he's expressing he doesn't want to go to the vet and he's gonna be a normal too too and tell his daddy off. It's pretty much every animal ever if they are ornery when it comes to the vet or getting in a carrier lol.
