@ 2:22 Max asked’ how are you doing?’ Dan said, ‘I’m doing terrible,’ and Max responded ‘Why?’
That's the first time I remember Max asking, "How you doing?" and when Dan answered, "I'm doing fine. How are you doing?" Max answered "Fine." And when Dan said say Buses, Max almost said it! The usual response is Hiiii with a spin, but he almost said Byeee! I think the Alexa interaction shook him for a minute and he wondered if someone else was there, but then Alexa blew it 😂😂😂
I hope you get some rest Dan. Keeping that yard so nice is a lot of work and you sound exhausted!

I agree, Sandy. I'd love to see our boy engrossed in watching a TV show, once in awhile. Maybe we were told why Mr. Max changed his opinion about TV, but I don't recall the reason, or it was before I started watching... I had cat that would watch, The Lion King with me. She watched it about 4 times. She didn't like the music part but literally watched the entire movie!!! Max is so wonderful. I am glad he has such a good friend like you to spend his life with!!!! God bless.

The toe tapping just gets me!! I love it!! And the way he says hi then what ya doing. He is just such an amazing bird. I use to have a macaw and his vocabulary was extensive and he would say complete sentences. Then I had a Quaker and I taught him to talk, he didn't talk at all other than saying his name. I miss both of them. I'm hoping to get another Quaker. I'm retired and disabled so it would be great comfort and company for me. You are so lucky to have Max, he's awesome!!
