I still don't think ritas death was dexter fault
I think it’s partially his fault
He had a fair few attempts to get rid of the Trinity killer
Then as soon as Trinity found out Dexter’s real identity Dexter should have been rushing to kill him
But it is a TV show so they did it for the plot 🤷♂️😂
@@ReviewsWithAL_ tbf that's what Dexter tried to do. The moment Trinity left Miami PD, he tailed him and even caused mayhem on the streets trying to catch up to him. That mayhem is what caused him to spiral downwards, landing him in jail and all the other stuff. It was just really bad timing.
@@ReviewsWithAL_oh no its most definitely Dexters fault. Once Author found out who Dexter was after he followed him through the police station I just knew what wad coming next, Dexter should have ended Trinity along with that Bambi
He saves Trinity for killing himself, only for his ego, because he wanted to kill him.

Watching David Zayas in Bloodline is quite surreal and genuinely kind of difficult because while the character he plays, Sheriff Franco Aguirre, is also a cop, he is a complete departure from Angel Batista. Where Batista is a legitimately nice guy who cares about people, supports his family and friends and always tries to do the best he can when it comes to his job, Aguirre is the complete and total epitome of an abusive, corrupt, power-hungry asshole cop who is an absolute narcissistic prick to everyone about everything and just does not give a fuck. The two characters are so diametrically opposed, I sometimes have real difficulty reconciling the fact it’s the same actor in both roles. Bloodline is a fantastic show and for anyone who hasn’t watched it yet, you really should -- Just know beforehand, if you’ve already seen Dexter, the David Zayas character thing can be quite jarring.
