Hi! Was just wondering if you arrived earlier than the check-in time and if they allowed to leave the luggages at the front desk so people can go around the resort until their room is ready? Did you have any problems with checking in? :)
Hi, I believe most places do allow you to keep luggage if you arrive early and your room isnt ready (we saw some people doing this), however, we were able to check in on arrival as our room was ready. We didnt have issues with checking in - but we booked via agoda and somehow our booking through them was changed from Jimbaran Room to Forest Room (which was cheaper). So I would not suggest using 3rd party booking based on my experience.
