COOCHIEMUDLO Island life only 10 minutes away. QLD AUSTRALIA
Coochiemudlo Island is only 35km from Brisbane CBD, just a 7min ferry ride off Victoria Point in the Redlands.
When you arrive at Coochiemudlo Island jetty or the boat ramp, you're on Main Beach, running along the southern side of the island.
A short walk west of the boat ramp is the iconic red cliff that gives the island its name, from the Aboriginal words 'kutchi' and 'mudlo', meaning 'red' and 'rock' or 'stone'.
Between the boat ramp and the jetty, lifesavers set up their flags to keep beach-goers safe. For kids, there's a playground to the east of the jetty, next to Pioneer Park.
You don't need to go far to find your spot on Main Beach, with plenty of free public barbecues and restrooms with showers.
For maximum fun at the beach,
COOCHIE BOAT HIRE has StandUp Boards, AquaBikes, Beach Kayaks and Pedal Boats - or take a ride around the island on a comfy cruiser bike.

@@alefutiba Hi, of course you can fly kites any time of year that has a bit of space in Brisbane - parks, beaches etc etc. This is just a local event where they fly giant kites by 'professionals' 👍

Just to get an idea, can i ask you how much did you pay for the Bali swing, ATV & Tubing ? Also were these originally done in 1 day ? I plan to cover these in a day trip ending with the infinity pool.
Hi, including transport all day with our driver, breakfast and lunch it cost $120 per person. Tubing Atv Bali swing I can give you our contact we use him all the time and has great reviews.

Hi Guys, if u booked that activities, is it Only for 1 day activities or unlimited days until your Cruise date finished? Thank you.
There were 3 tiers of activity passes (Aqua, Pacific & Extreme) which gave you access to the activities for the full length of your cruise (so every day). However, the lower tiers didn't give you access to ALL the activities. You can also choose to purchase single (one-off) activity to just your selected activity. We chose the Extreme Pass on a 4 night cruise (as the others have a limit to 2 activities per day) but unfortunately found it to be overpriced considering 2 of the afternoons the kids couldn't access the activities due to windy weather and when the boat is sitting at a port stop they didn't run the activities, so they only had day one (embarkation) which was difficult due to lining up to register, then lining up a 2nd time to book in the activities, and then day two was the main day they got to do them. And they have limited spots, so you have to line up and book the kids in a day ahead otherwise you'll miss out - and some activity times clash with others, so lots of itinerary planning going on. So for a longer cruise they'd likely get more out of it. On a short cruise, there is a high chance they will cancel the high ropes and climbing activities if the weather is a bit windy and it feels too rushed trying to get them in to every activity.

Hey Is it better to visit universal studios with 2 days normal pass or 1 day with express pass?
We managed to get around the park fairly easy, going early and getting some rides in while it's empty is a good idea then double back and start using your express pass. The express pass we got allowed us to express pass each ride once.
