There are plenty! Buford Hwy Farmers Market, Dekalb Farmers Market, and Nam Dea Mun Farmers Market to name a few. Buford is really big and has so many options too.
I really enjoy watching your videos. I am a beginner plant-based eater. Thank you for showing the main items I need in my pantry. I have subscribed! Be Blessed!
you could have shared what you purchased at the store I'm a new plant base beginner and sometimes i dont know what to cook so i always go back to the old way of cooking and eating need more ideas.
Thanks for the comment. This particular video was specific to just this, however I have lots of plant based recipes ideas here on youtube and on my instagram page you are welcome to try 🙏🏾 Instagram link: instagram.com/myvegankitchenlife/?hl=en
Thank you for sharing all your great information about different seasonings to purchase. I am definitely going to try your beef and oyster mushrooms with broccoli. I am new to the vegan world but trying to make some changes in my diet. Since you shop at Trader Joe’s, try their Trader Joe’s rice medley it has brown rice, red rice, and black barley. I normally chop up some spring onions and shiitake mushrooms to add to it and it’s very delicious.
I didn't know they have Better Than Bouillon Sauteed Onions in vegan, and the Korean BBQ sauce in vegan. So glad I watched your video. I'm going to buy those. thanks.
Where do you get the O food barbecue sauce from? I love using nutritional yeast it’s good. And the better than bouillon I used those before I went total plant based and they are really good ❤
I purchase the O Brand korean bbq sauce at my local Asian grocery or Farmers Market. Amazon also has it. Hi, Michelle: I’ve watched 3 of your vids, so far: pumpkin soup, walnut meat, and jackfruit quesadilla. All look delicious and you have a great smile and spotless kitchen! Where do you buy the liquid smoke? And I couldn’t read the brand… Colgan? Maybe…
Thank you , Thank you, and Thank you! your support means a lot🙏🏾 I purchase the liquid smoke at Publix, you should be able to find it at most grocery stores. here's the Amazon Link just in case www.amazon.com/dp/B00CO6ACK6?linkCode=ssc&tag=onamzmyvegank-20&creativeASIN=B00CO6ACK6&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.43373QQ6JUMX&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_d_asin
I absolutely needed this list & review. Going shopping right now!!! About the only items I was familiar with is the *Better Than Bouillion* Brand which I currently use.. though now I will be buying the vegan alternatives & the Bragg's Brand) Aminos since I use (Bragg's) ACV (with the *Mother*) but had never used the Amino one. Other than that, almost everything is fairly a new addition to my pantry. I do use Himalayan Salt & whole peppercorns both in their separate bottled grinders. From one #Carib to another.. #ThankYou my friend. You have no idea how much my body is thanking me for all these positive changes I have made these past years. Mwah!😘
I use Chief brand curry. I buy it at my farmers market. I only cook with grapeseed oil. Grapeseed oil has a high smoke point (around 420°F) making it well-suited for things like frying and sauteeing vegetables on the stove top. I like other oils for making salads and salad dressings.😊
@@myvegankitchenlife yeah,😉look up their benefits. I mix them i.e. Mac & grape. Walnut and sesame I drissle. Very complexed flavors. All I can say is, something is working? It may be the wheatgrass I drink? Uurr a superStar I see!!
I am so confused. I am just starting my vegan journey. But hearing chicken and Mac and cheese n meat makes me worried that I followed the wrong channel.
OMGGGG I wish I had a farmers market in Atlanta with those oyster mushrooms. Beautiful ❤

There are plenty! Buford Hwy Farmers Market, Dekalb Farmers Market, and Nam Dea Mun Farmers Market to name a few. Buford is really big and has so many options too.

Hi, What Market did you purchase your mushrooms from?

O food barbecue sauce had 3 different flavors which one is the best
Bulgogi marinate for beef is my favorite👍🏽….I actually like all the beef flavors they taste very similar 😂
Do u prefer any particular Nutritional Yeast?
Hey 👋🏽
No special nutritional yeast, I find they’re pretty much all the same to me…this one I purchased from Trader Joes 👍🏽
What kind of curry? Right now i use indian curry n its hot/spicey. Have do u feel about macadamia nut oil? N seame seed oil usage.

Yes, exactly plus+ wonderful health benefits in both oils. Cooking experiences with macadamia and walnut oil is worth a try? Thanks for ur reply.
@@darrylsmith-oy7vp I’ll try 🤗

Yes for smoke paprika. Great seasonings, I’m not into garlic powder, love me fresh garlic. BBQ sauce is a no for me. Lol
I understand
I'm trying to learn I need help
Stick with me ….also follow my instagram…ask me anything …. I got you 🤗🙏🏽
I wonder what all of this stuff cost all together. Especially with inflation
Some of the items went up in cost but surprisingly the prices have come back down. Never expected the cost to come back down 🤷🏽♀️
No music while you're talking please
I am so confused. I am just starting my vegan journey. But hearing chicken and Mac and cheese n meat makes me worried that I followed the wrong channel.
Don’t be worried it’s all vegan… I use those terms for transitioning vegans…it helps with familiarity 👍🏽😊
Too complicated, too expensive
Ok ✅
Very helpful thanks 🙏🏽
