I am so incredibly happy you are doing your thing and bringing it to us folks that are needing an easy beginning. Your recipes are an easy beginners way of eating plant based. And oh yummy on that curry bean dish. I'm so making that tomorrow evening for supper. I have had to get on food stamps and it has changed my way of eating. I bought 5 edible plants from Walmart last month and 3 this month. I am 45 and late to the plant based dinner party but I'm here now and I'm staying y'all 🫛
Love the Butter Beans recipe but I would prefer a lite roux, no potatoes, and some carrots for sweetness with the beans. Thank you so much for the recipe. You are an excellent cook.

I thought I was the only one who put that balsamic glaze on my pizza! These are great tips would only add that people look at your date/nut butter/almond/chocolate recipe. Its is such a delicious treat and takes like an expensive handmade chocolate

That curry dish at the end looked REALLY good ! I am not vegan but I clicked on the video because I am looking for ideas of what to cook because i want to have more plant based/healthy meals and less of the not so healthy stuff

@@veronicahorton1346 thanks for watching. Even though fruit sugar is natural it can spike your blood sugar especially if you are already insulin sensitive. If you’re having fruit I would suggest low sugar fruit like berries.
I tried the butter bean curry dish and it was amazing!!! I’m not really a good cook, my husband cooks better than me but he actually said it was the best thing I probably made 😂 he even had thirds. I just went back to the store to get more ingredients to make more. It’s healthy too because of the zucchini base which you can’t even taste.
I just subscribed and loving it. I am completely plant based except for eggs. I am struggling with my scrambled eggs in the morning and I cannot get tofu to taste even close to them. I realize that tofu is not going to taste like eggs, but, help!!!
Thanks for watching. Frozen fruit is better because it's packed the minute it's picked and cleaned. This retains most of the nutrients. I't doesn't have to travel for days and sit in the grocery store before purchase.👍🏽

My struggle is breakfast and a smoothie does not hit the spot for me. Especially being new to plant-base eating. Breakfast is my most difficult meal.
Try using more protein in the smoothie. Try 30 grams or more. You will get full and it will hold you. I'm learning that now myself. It works.

I’m not sure, this particular recipe only uses curry powder. I will have to create another recipe for butter beans without but still have flavor 👍🏽
