Great class! Thank you Justine. Just finished and I feel warm and loose, filled with good, gentle energy, and very peaceful. When I finally opened my eyes I found myself smiling. MMmm.

Just found this and am going to do it every day. Have osteoarthritis and can hurt allover. I exercise on a regular basis but think I need something like this to help with pain. Thanks for posting.

Yea! I found the right video! Very good and helped a lot with getting joints to stretch. Could certainly feel a little pain, but as they say, no pain, no gain! Wish I could have seen the last section of what was being done instead of the flower pic. Great overall for my osteoarthritis most everywhere.

Thanks for your productive class, so helpful for osteoarthritis people like myself. You mentioned that our minds are geared to thoughts of fear? What about people who don't have fears, their children playing in their yards or playgrounds & are kidnapped for life. Or a jogger running with no fears & is suddenly snatched, raped, killed? We can have confidence in humanity, but that doesn't mean their evil ways will change for us. We ALL need to use wisdom wherever we go & pray to the Living God to send his angels to protect us!

Hi Justine, Thank you for these amazingly helpful videos. My mom is 67 years old and she has knee and back problems. DOctor said she has extra bone grown on her knee. I assume it's kind of osteoarthiritis. So please tell me if I can ask my mom to do these exercises, if it's OK, how often should she do it and do you have other videos or exercises to offer for her condition. Thank you so much.

I was wondering if Magnesium oil would be acceptable for massaging the joints :)

Marina, I'm two years too late....sorry, I didn't see this before! But I think Magnesium oil would be helpful. Have you tried it? I'd be curious if it helped you. I've had good luck with lemongrass oil on sore joints....especially good on my knees. Big hug to you!!

Hi Justine, where did you get your viniyoga training? I'm in CA, too. I'm thinking of going to the viniyoga training center near Watsonville, CA. Enjoy this vid and learned!
