Wario's story about him wanting to steal the Mega vitamins for money. He deserves all of these battles, because he was being a jerk to everyone involved and he decided to use his muscles.
This difficulty is TOUGH! It's easy the first few levels, but it gets tough after APPLEBY. HE IS THE FOURTH OPPONENT!
...METAL DR. MARIO IS NEAR IMMPOSSIBLE! He can only lose if you are VERY LUCKY/ VERY SKILLED! I only won because i was lucky.
This is actually one of the better Wario stories I've played. I loved the constant suspense throughout the playthough, too bad about the last one but hey, it's super hard mode and props for getting that far and not losing up to that point!

Congratulations, not only did you lost to Metal Dr. Mario, but you beat my super hard before me, even though I've play and conquer it with no continues. And that Lump battle for bottles; clean sweep for the start of 60 viruses.
I agree with you on Metal Doc. Not only does luck is reliable, but pure skill is required.

if wario turns into a vampire when he eats all the megavitamins, why does mario turn silver when he does the same thing?
It literally says "And Dr.Mario ate them all!" Yet,how are there still some in the bottle?! Because you don't chase a guy for eternity for nothing!
