    Just started following FP! Been doing it 2x a week and working myself up to more days. Trying to get a routine together with excerises movements from your channel and Kathy Alvarez. I like the eay you explain how your body should feel when executing each movement. How many reps and sets do you do of each movement ?

    When in the lunge i can rotate my hips into more of an exadurated extension in which i feel my hamstrings a lot more being stretched or i can tuck with my core and squeeze my glutes in which i am feeling it more in my quads and slightly my knee. SHOULD I BE tryINg to find a middle ground.
