Hey David, love the video! Just wondering why can’t we allow the hand to roll onto the outside? It seems for me I can feel my posterior shoulder stretching out better than trying to keep my palm flat on the wall
Interesting. At first, I was trying to understand where you were going with the hip analogy. As the video progressed, I further understood what you were trying to explain. I have osteoarthritis in my right shoulder so I really need to improve IR as much as possible with as little pain.

I just did this for 5 minutes and got neck jaw pain from an 8 to a 2. This usually requires 3 or 4 different exercises for 20-30 minutes.

I don’t feel a stretch at all, just an insane amount of contraction occurring at the clavicular / sternal head of the pec. Any suggestions?
