I love the design philosophy here. I remember at the end of G1 practically everybody was using similar designs using hand pieces to built the mid section and something like bhorok or metru matoran arms to form shoulder blades. A lot of people updated the Nuva Toa this way, but then the arms always needed to be built drastically different, and they would end up proportionally off. But man, you really matched the proportions and part silhoettes perfectly, even going so far as to designing the shoulder joint so it still uses the hand joint in the original orientation. Simple yet elegant. If Lego reinvents CBS again I hope they design new double jointed hinge pieces these elbows but sturdier, something easy to build off of with both technic and system, but still maximizing possibility.
Yoooo why wasn't it like this the first time? I loved Bionicle as a kid but hated how we couldn't bend the knees or turn the heads without taking them off the socket
What an incredible moc! I am missing nearly everything other than the original 2003 Takanuva and have no idea what I need to buy in order to have all of these pieces. If you could make a list of items with the code for each piece, that would be awesome. No obligation though, I am just happy to behold your awesome moc and awesome stop motion. This video was incredible, thanks for making all this. It definitely put a smile on my face.
Awesome MOC of my personal favorite Toa!! Bit of a longshot but you wouldn't happen to know what set that sort of flattish angular-white piece used to armor the front of the legs was from would you? I'd like to recreate this Takanuva, but can't for the life of me figure out what that piece is 😅
I really really dig the designed and Your built, I was actually inspired from your built to create my Revamp Takanuva, also not the same pieces but new built of.my own and I think it looks so good.
great stuff here, I like how simple the end result looks. And the entire video is well executed. My only tip, when aimating try and add a few more in-between frames on the coolest poses, like the beginning and ending of a strike. That gives you more wiggle room when editing the speed of the animations. Keep at it. Instant sub
Does anyone know the pieces item numbers?? I would love to try to make this myself, but I already know I'd need to order some pieces that don't come with the original

This build is like if Figma made bionicle sets. The poise, the dexterity!
And that godly animation!
Awesome animation, I love the set design and lighting! Nice MOC too!
Thank you!
the pillar has be written that "THANK YOU WATCH THIS VIDEO I LOVE BIONICLE ESPECIALLY TAKANUVA AND MAKUTA" lol

Incredible moc and even better animation. This is just outstanding, I hope everyone in the community sees this.
Most impressive. It's fully posable and stands as tall as the original Toa Mata/Nuva. Very nice.

W O W this is amazing. how on earth did i not see this before!? one of the best stopmotions on the site, great job!!!
Love the fighting scene, and the special effect for the page flipping. 👍🏻👍🏻
These instructions and stop motions have unparalleled levels of charm and personality. I love it!
This is the best takanuva moc I’ve seen
“you can no longer hide in shadow”
i like the MOC can you please list the parts or some if you can. i would like to build it.
Hey!! Did you ever figure out which parts are needed? I wanna try building him too.
This is amazing, thanks so much for the instructions!
I love how it looks, and i look forward to many mocists making the toa nuva and mata with this build.
Coolest build for bionicle ever! Say, what are his shin and thigh pieces called?
Great work, brother
I'd love a part list.
Wow. Just...wow. Need to save this on my playlist. SO. DAMN. COOL! Also, I remember you from the Mata Nui sword; you had that evil laughter intro.
really nice revamp
3 years later and this is still getting attention! Great work! Is there a list that provides the item numbers for each of the pieces?
The Rise of Takanuva.
When Takanuva goes badass against Rahkshi, Awesome Articulations you did there!
This is incredible
This looks awesome, great work as always Bukkey
i love it-great job
That's badass
My Lord...you are a God amongst MOC makers, my friend! Amazing work.

Its so good!
You have a youtube channel??? and posting stop motion?!??!?!? This made my day
I love this! The animation quality is great!
Awesome
That beginning was awesome 😮
I watched your Krika vs Tahu video and it's really cool to find out you're still uploading.
Thank you!
BIONICLE will never end. I believe LEGO begins the G3.
I’ve tried to build a toa mata moc, but had trouble with the shoulders. I never thought to use pneumatic t-bars for the joints.
Amazing!

THAT EPIC
Beautiful animation and revamp.
Amazing work ! I hope you will keep on this !
Ok, are we getting a video for that Makuta Teridax build too? It'd be great to see that in conjunction with this video...
Thats amazing
HOLY COW this video is awesome!!!😀 Love the animation and effects work!!

Can you do the other Toa Mata please? 😁
Brilliant design. I m wondering if you d like to make some moc on toa inika
Dude this is awesome! Instant sub!
It's go great!
Can you make the revamp for the rest of the toa nuva?
Juts for some one wondering the total piece count is 117 pcs if this was a set
Are you going to make a video of your custom Makuta someday? It looks really cool!
Does anyone know the pieces item numbers?? I would love to try to make this myself, but I already know I'd need to order some pieces that don't come with the original

Yooo
What's that symbol underneath the Rahkshi? 0:38
it's the Great Sundial's markings. in MNOG, it be appers also when Kanohi Hau works, and I choose it as a "Mysterious Symbol".
Now the stop motion is a bit meh but the effects are AWESOME keep going!
