I had a similar issue the first couple weeks after I quit, I had a hard time focusing and remembering things, it goes away on its own. Drink a lot of water and eat fresh fruits like kiwis and apples, and you'll notice a big difference pretty soon
It's why my quitting always fails. I forget to drink, eat, feed the cat, answer my mails or apps, I forget that I have a book ready and fruit on the table. It's scary
