Me-163 Komet - Rocket Engine Fighter. Fuel was 2 separate chemical compounds (hydrazine/methanol and stabilized hydrogen peroxide) that when combined were hypergolic. Fuel was unstable, dangerous and toxic. The latter compound would literally ignite if it contacted organic material.

Not only that, The C-stoff and T-stoff was highly corrorsive and caused the death of one pilot during a test flight.
