The only thing that's really amazing about this is that they got away with it. He's just playing the electric guitar riff on an acoustic guitar. It reminds me of high school. They're a great band with plenty of fantastic songs but they should probably put a bit more thought into an acoustic version the next time around.
i agree there liberation transmission wasnt as good as there previous albums, but even they said they were making more money by making there music more likeable by keeping it soft rock etc. however there next album is said be heavy like fake sound of progress and i think they will do very well from it
comparing lostprophets acoustic stuff to tenacious d is like comparing a dog to a cat. they're two completely different things just like tenacious d and lostprophets are two very different styles of music
In fairness, Bryan Adams have a VERY sexy voice and he's not attractive. Granted, looks does add to it but he just does have a good voice that you don't always get to appreciate in their songs due to their style.

Nobody can steal from him, he's the best vocalist in the world, live he is pitch-perfect, gorgeous, energetic frontman his singing style has changed so much ... Ima stop rambling on about how much Incubus pwn. But go and listen to them. lol

The old stuff is genuine emo (which is fantastic) but the black parade? about as far from punk rock as you'd get, its just pop-chart crap really init. and chester? blatently rap metal. Incubus are alternative, good as it gets. Ian yeah ok i guess you could class them as punk-rock but still ... yeah. MCR ARENT PUNK!!
