You’re welcome! Just try to keep the arms up in the first part of the workout, without forcing your shoulders. So try to relax the shoulders and not have tension (don’t bring the shoulder up to your ears). In the second part on the floor I recommend to keep the tension while lowering and pushing for ultimate results!
Felt it everywhere but the triceps unfortunately. Would have loved this workout otherwise as I'd really like to have thin model arms but this one is not the way to do it I guess.
