We can use ph neutral or 7 if the stain was light....but if we have bad stain.....i never found the product with ph neutral can dissolve the problem......

But often people don't tend to explore any other options and just go all in with an acidic wheel cleaner, now obviously you can get different strengths but overall very rare an acid is needed. Like I say in the video always start with the least aggressive and then what hasn't been shifted use something stronger on is how I always do it.
Helli sir, i am using meguaris whell breightner acid base for more than 10 years proffesionally ,in dilutions 7-1, up to 10-1. I never had problems of corrotion or dull clear coat or paint.....of course i rinse it very whell after the use, but i never had problems with skin contact.........of cousre...i dont....drink it...but it is safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This video is very helpful. I understood that acidic wheel cleaners were for properly baked on crap as it were. But searching through the interwebs i stumbled across alkaline wheel cleaners and didn't really understand what there use was compared to a neutral cleaner. You have made it all clear thanks to your short, sweet and informative video.

I would clean the wheel first with the acid then use a alkaline cleaner it should make the wheel in affect ph balanced...cheers for the review
