Welcome! This video is the first live workout one I've made. Took a while to make, but has also been one of the most fun videos as well. Calisthenics has been a big part of my life for around 2 years now and my goal is to inspire more people to start, because I believe that it is the most rewarding sport in the world. It can truly change a person's life, even beyond the physical. Calisthenics and street workout has always been super fun, and its time to introduce it in a short video:
