13:47 yeah that's absolutely true, but i think it's mostly hip flexibility more than hamstrings, but being flexible is obviously such an advantage for any skill⚡️ 14:24 damn bro im also on my split progression xdd we're gonna get it together

yo amit, how do you recommend to train the one leg adv tuck? do one leg in a set and then switch, or just always cycle them around. do you have any set suggestions? would really appreciate it!
I am not a licensed professional, but I would guess that it shouldn't really matter. As long as you don't ONLY train one side, you should be good. You could either train and switch them in same set or different sets. Hope this helps :)
