Here are the ingredients for today’s Recipe
Ingredients:
To Make Coconut Rice
1cup Grated or Chopped Coconut
1tbsp Coconut Oil or to your preference, remember coconut milk has oil
1/2 Medium Onion
3cups Rice
2cups Coconut Milk
1-2cups Water Depending on the type of Rice
Salt
To Season & Fry Chicken
I Used Chicken Thighs
All Purpose Seasoning
1/2tsp Ginger
1/4tsp Ground Anise
Coconut Oil
To Stir Fry Vegetables
Coconut Oil
Carrots
Cabbage
Bell Peppers
Onion
All Purpose Seasoning
To Make Fried Rice
Coconut Oil
1/2 Small Onion
2tbsp Ginger
1 Habanero Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves
