Today is my second time making this dish and everyone LOVES it. I accidentally forgot the coconut milk but used the stock i had from cooking goat meat and it was still amazing. Thank you soooo much.
So I made this on father's day n omg it was the bomb I even had too much of the ingredients since I didn't need all of it as I live alone but my son came grabbed it up so I went ahead a did up the rest today n omg again girl it was so so good, thx this just went under one of my favourite dishes 😋😋👍👍
I just tried it now,so excited my mother in law gave me a peck for the food🥰🥰🥰even wen I tried ur jellof rice n fried rice too some weeks ago😊😊,thanks so much Kiki❤️
Great video! Just want to understand the techniques: quick questions: why remove the shrimps after frying? And why stir fry the rice with the veggies for at least 10 mins? And why veggies not pre-seasoned like shrimps? Thank you
You remove the shrimp so that you don’t overcook it and make it rubbery. Stir fry the rice and veggies to allow the flavors to marry together. Brings out the flavor better
Superb...... yummy....... yummy...... I can feel it that it is one of the yummiest fried rice recipe I have come across so far. Will try it soon Thank you
Does anyone know how much amount of stock the chicken is suppose to generate? Because I don't think in my fist attempt I produced enough to mix with my can of coconut milk.
Very nice recipe, will definitely try it. I'll remove the shrimp tails though since they're going into the rice... no one likes an inedible bit in their spoonful...
Thanks Kiki for this yum looking dish. I’m definitely going to give this method a try this weekend. I have a quick question though. How many servings does this measurement give you? Cos I noticed you don’t states that In your videos. Thanks again
