Coach Miller, what would you recommend to become explosive in the legs and therefore being able to load up the bar bit by bit? Just add weight to the bar little by little or practising other exercises?

I appreciate that you teach sliding. Some teach jumping; seems like it would be more stress on the joints to me.
Very well taken instruction video, as foot positioning is not generally purposefully and properly executed by the majority of lifters.
