@@t-wrecks9866 the remakes are pretty much on par with the original Re1 remake is a perfect remake Re2 remake has it's issues yeah putting gameplay aside story wise there are many things that happen more then 1 time between the scenarios like Annette dying 2 times and Birkin tranforming into G3 form for 2 times and there's alot of stuff like this the only exception being Marvin and the final bosses which happens only 1 time in both scenarios while in the og everything was perfectly put in place so there weren't any holes like that and they made 2 different stories meanwhile the remake only does very small story differences depending on the scenario and mostly just effects the gameplay Re3 no need to explain there's just too much cut content, Jill get's violated and Nemesis turns into a doggy at some point and no longer stalks you Re4 tho just like re1 remake may be considered a perfect remake sure it has some areas cut but it's overral bigger as there's more stuff to explore and there's some actual backtracking

The remakes do a really good job of reinforcing that Leon's cool guy suave attitude isn't a gimmick like in the orignal. It's a legitimate form of coping after the events of RE2. Leon in RE4 is just another stage of his journey. We have yet to get to the Leon that let's his PTSD consume him and be becomes an alcoholic by his 40s 😢

I’ve been playing the RE4 remake, first resident evil game and I love it.
But why does Ada’s voice actress sound like she’s being paid minimum wage, while the rest of the voice acting is great?
I think this is was the VA's first big role, while all the others are pretty much veterans.
Kinda weird that capcom decided to hire an inexperienced actress for one of their most recognizable characters, still tho i think she did a decent job.

Keep in mind, Ada is a mysterious woman, but she did change after what happened in Resident Evil 2. Leon saved Ada, and Ada also saved Leon many times. She loves Leon and takes care of him. I just hate that sometimes Ada in the Resident Evil 4 remake looks like she isn't interested in him, which shouldn't be the case.
