Since I will be in Charleston in about 2 weeks, I searched it on YT - you are the only video that did not put a negative spin on this great city - very much appreciated
Charleston and Savannah are very beautiful cities.I fell in love with Charleston. It's a peninsula, in one side is the Cooper River , the other side the Ashley River ,eventually flow into the Atlantic Ocean. The city is charming in many ways. very good video..... Congrats..... and I see you on the road...Love MOM ...>>>
I loved this serious with your mom. Nothing in this world is more important to a mom then time with her son. A mother spends a lifetime thinking about her child. Rarely does the child spend any of their time thinking about mom. Beautiful trip.
Good morning, Robert and Mrs. Morales. I believe Charleston is the prettiest city in America and so much history. Savannah is historic but Charleston has it beat on beauty. It was wonderful to travel with your mom. Cherish these moments forever. Take care and always be safe, my friend.
Charleston has to be on of the most beautiful cities. Glad you had time with your mom. She is so cute. Enjoy every minute with her. My time with my mom is long gone.
I love both Charleston and Savannah. They're both have excellent architecture, food and atmosphere. I've to both many times growing up. I've both my father's parent who retired to New Port Richey. My mother was from Mississippi and my her parents had a farm in Mississippi. Every summer I would come down south from Michigan to visit my grandparents loved it. Robert, your mother is adorable.
In all our travels up and down the east coast we never got to stop at these historic places. It was such a joy and pleasure to view these videos. God bless you and your family Robert and mom.
My wife and I will miss your Mom in your videos. She’s so vibrant and can tell she loves her life and spending time with her son. It was so sweet she got to do this with you!
My family loves the smooth sights and sounds of Robert! Long time fan first time comment. Your mother is adorable and I’m glad you are showing her the country. We love your custom soundtracks; your voice is so soothing. I hope to live the rv dream life someday. Keep it up Robert! You are so multi talented.
So lucky to spending time traveling with your mom. I know you appreciate it. Thanks for including me! Been past these gems. I will spent time next winter.
When you get back to Charleston, consider going to Fort Moultrie. This is where, generally speaking, the Revolutionary war started. It is also why the Palmetto Tree is the state tree and you see the design everywhere. Fort Moultrie was built using Palmetto trees - because they were so fibrous, the trees absorbed cannon balls from the British and the Fort held up. Great video of two charming cities.
I love your videos with mom. She is great to have on the videos, because she is not camera shy. You mentioned her stamina, well I think for her age she is doing great. You are blessed to still have your mom.
Robert, your Mother is such a beautiful lady! So happy you are together on your wonderful journey! Truly something you will remember always! BTY, my husband and I loved visiting Savannah back years ago! Lovely experience indeed!
My husband and I lived in North Charleston in the late 1960's. I took many a day trip into the downtown area and it was a beautiful city then as well. It looks even more amazing now. Thank you for the nostalgia.
I am one along side your mom. I LOVE CHARLESTON! My favorite city . Charm, hospitality, sun shine, great food, historic sites and southern architectures.
Great video Robert. Awsome to see.you taking your mom on your trips. Robert hold her Close while you are Lucky enough to have her👍😃🙋♀️ Safe travels always.
Great video as always. You're so smart and fortunate to have those memories of your journeys with your mom. Me and my mom talked about taking trips after my dad passed but then life got in the way and my mom's dimentia set in. Good for you for making it happen.
Two of my favorite cities in one video! Another killer video my friend. I must say that look on the lady's face when you were playing the wind chimes in the market was great 😂🤣😂🤣😂
I love Savannah I visit it once every year, and I went to Charleston last Thanksgiving, it's really worth the trip from Miami, and my mom is a really big fan of the book of midnight of good and evil she really loves the city because of the book and recomends it reading it.
Beautiful tour. I used to work and live in Summerville, only a few miles from Charleston back in 2002 to 2005. This brought back some great memories. Savannah is gorgeous too. You could spend a week or more in both places and not see everything. So many museums, plantations, historic homes, etc.
My family and I just got back last night from a two night visit in Charleston. I absolutely love the city. We could have stayed a week easily and not run out of things we wanted to do. Very good video, as always.
Thank you for another great episode. Mooresville, NC is where you had received bad news about Ol' KIA.... You rented "Big White" and continued the trip north to Hershey, PA (I believe) but your time was limited and you had to get to back to Miami sooner than you had wanted. Anyway, thank you.
Robert fantastic southern vibe. I really enjoyed Charleston SC and Savannah GA with all the city parks. Nice you and your mom were able to spend some time together.can’t wait to see what video you upload next. I’ve watched quite a few of your videos always awesome to see. I’ll continue to hit the like 👍 Always a two thumbs up adventure.
Love, love, love Charleston!! Been there a few times, brings back alot of memories. First time there I flew from Indianapolis to do wedding photos for my best friends daughter. Enjoyed your tour
Reminds me years ago when we went to Fort Stuart to take my wife's cousin and his friend for a Savanah drive just before he got deployed to the middle east...we had a great time...beautiful video...
Robert, we took our rig to James Island Park last summer, what an incredible place to stay! That canopy of oak trees on the way to the park was a bit nerve-racking for us driving a 12'10" motorhome, but the AC's were still on the roof when we arrived, lol! We don't pull a Toad yet, but the park does have a $10 R/T shuttle to downtown Charleston. Also, so much to do in the park...miles of beautiful paved bike trails, water park, paddle boats, rock climbing wall...highly recommended!
Well Goooooood almost afternoon! Lol sorry I couldn't watch sooner, we're camping!! 🙌 Enjoyed every moment of this video, what gorgeous, graceful towns. Loved that side-glider bench your mom was on! Cheers, Robert 👍 😎 🏕
Hello Traveling Robert😊😊🎵🎵🎸🎸🍔🍔🍟🍟🍰🍰, this was an OUTSTANDING VIDEO. I really enjoyed Charleston and Savannah. Looking forward to the Lewis & Clark series. You know, I have traveled the Lewis & Clark trail so this is going to be AWESOME👍👍👍👍👍👍.
Morning Robert, happy Sunday! My visit to Charleston was kind of the opposite of yours--I only did the boat trip to Fort Sumter and missed everything else. After seeing this episode it's clear I need to go back. I love all those big moss-covered oaks in that area of the country. Seeing your tornado warning experience is very reminiscent of when I had to find shelter last month during a storm in...wait for it...Perry. Can't wait to see the new episodes when your Lewis & Clark adventure gets under way for good. Happy trails!
I loved Savannah when I went 15 years ago. Definitely want to get back soon. Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil is a great book! One of my favorites. Definitely recommend reading it.
It's always interesting to compare experiences from places you go to that my wife and I have been to many times ourselves. You don't leave much out, and give a very fair presentation....highlighting the good parts worth seeing. One thing that's amusing is that the round building seen several times (when you were crossing the bridge after City Market) was a base design for urban Holiday Inns. The one in Charleston is no longer a hotel any longer. Atlanta had one near Doraville just off of I-85 (it's a club now), Raleigh, NC has one downtown but it's about to get torn down for a new hotel. There are a number of others, but those three come to mind. Once you've seen a couple of them, you'll notice them in a lot of places. Great video as always!
Happy y’all enjoyed Charleston - she is a charmer for sure! Next time you’re in town, the Griffin (to Waterfront Park) is a great place for a break and a beer. Happy Travels!
We said good-bye to Kia in Mooresville 😢. We love the south so much we moved from the northeast and are now about 2 1/2 hours away from Charleston. It is a beautiful city with amazing food. I am really looking forward to your Lewis and Clark trail videos. It's a trip I would enjoy taking. Thank you for all your wonderful videos.
Mom was very cute and sweet. Savannah is a beautiful, quaint and serene city Charleston is beautiful but I think Savannah is more beautiful and have a more of the southern charm that the south is known for Thank you for providing the views of both of the Southern Cities.
Wonderful video - I cannot imagine a Sunday without these now ! P.S. Life is indeed a box of chocolates , you never know which one you’re gonna get! Happy travels :)
That Magic Cereal that you're promoting sure looks great and 😋 delicious, I wish that I could get some, unfortunately I don't reside in your great Country
You just missed the annual Cooper river bridge run that Saturday, which is a huge event in the Charleston area. The downtown area would have been packed with people from all around.
Since I will be in Charleston in about 2 weeks, I searched it on YT - you are the only video that did not put a negative spin on this great city - very much appreciated

I loved this serious with your mom. Nothing in this world is more important to a mom then time with her son. A mother spends a lifetime thinking about her child. Rarely does the child spend any of their time thinking about mom. Beautiful trip.
