GoPro Hero10 Black! The chin mount is just a 3D printed one I got from Etsy that's designed to fit my Fox Proframe, but it's meant to hold the camera below the chin instead of in front of it (works fine for MTB, not so much for Onewheel), so I also got a small gopro mount joint that allows me to set it at a much better angle in front of my chin.
Yup! The Mass Start Race at FLF isn't associated with ORL (Onewheel Racing League) and is a totally open class race, just has to be a self balancing electric skateboard of some kind haha
For this one, I just connected to my board and screen recorded my phone. I have an Android, so I was able to use an app that prevented any mistake touch inputs from actually doing anything, so I could safely just leave the phone on in my pocket. And I use Adobe Premier to edit, so I just masked it out from the screen recording and overlayed it onto the video
It's riding that line for sure! Everyone out front is on GT's though, and I'm actually on a VESC setup with an 84V battery. On GT, pushback starts at 20mph, but you can push it beyond there if you're skilled and experienced enough to safely tell the limits of the board and ride that line. 30+ is definitely the drop zone where you have to feather it.
Sick Vid bro and great line choice throughout. Wonder how many XR’s overheated out there?? Being 200lbs my GT overheats at 7-10 miles depending on terrain.
