LC-QTOF technology and its applications in Metabolomics

High Resolution Mass spectrometry (HR-MS) has been utilized in metabolomics research due to its wide dynamic range, reproducible quantitative analysis, and the ability to analyze very complex biofluids. Due to the complex nature of these samples, separation (gas chromatography, liquid chromatography is often performed before MS. This talk will discuss about the QTOF technology and its advancements to counter the challenges of discovery approach in Metabolomics.
