And automation testing / QA is stagnant field, there is no growth for testing. Go for cloud, development, cyber security, etc. Testing is most low paid job in IT. I don't you why you ask this question "Chennai vitu veliya povingala?" Chennai is not paradise, there is big world outside chennai, especially people are making in big in Gulf countries and Europe. I am just sharing my knowledge....don't expect a high salary when you are a fresher in IT . I am a software developer who entered in IT for 16k even it's third tier MNC not start up at all . This is not my dream job so I can't handle the stress in the workplace , so I quitted. After that I searched for IT jobs it's very hard and I decided it's ok to continue in my old company. Please gain experience after that search for high paying jobs. Utilize the opportunity . Communication is not mandatory even if it is MNC they just look up for your skills .

Because performers does not score more marks.and those with bookish knowledge gets selected but cannot perform .people confuse with intelligence and remeberence. Intelligent people does not remeber but capable people with remembrance does not have intelligence.
What you are saying is partially acceptable... Theoretical knowledge alone is not enough... But at the same time we cannot conclude that intelligent people don't need to remember much... Memory and intelligence are required at optimal levels to succeed . Intelligent people who just refer again and again and work are less efficient if you think about it....

6:05 her role is non-IT, mostly technical with any degree is enough. Its BPO, KPO jobs most people don't need any degree. Many people are work from home fromt their home town. In fact only very few companies pay good salaries in Chennai
I think that question is necessary from all angles, not just IT industrial
@@suman_mpm bro its mostly chennai grown people who goto abroad for MS and get settle down over there.
Only kids think testing is a low paying,
I earn more than a developer with my experience as a tester
@Sanjeevkumar-cl6nl bcoz you are commiting politics over there 😂😂😂😂
@@Sanjeevkumar-cl6nl just get an opinion from most of the people who are in the industry for many years and have worked in many companies, I know plenty of testers who are struggling to find the job even with automation skills and I myself worked as a tester for few years. You can earn more than developers because developers themselves are getting low salary in some companies
14:02 this guy said facts🔥.
🔥
Testing itself a deprecating field, most likely it's just an entry point.
After boarding to a company learning technologies that grows you to next level financial and personal technical growth
👍🏻
Most of IT staff are not not IT? They are data entry job.., health care… insurance… bank form filling . Do you think it is IT??? 😂😂😂🎉

How we afford courses to upskilling ourself only beginning level courses is free in everywhere now i can't understand richness is the skill or else what 🤔🤑
👍🏻
Please translate every thing in english or add subtitles in English .. After 5-10 minutes you dont add subtitles in English it becomes difficult to understand !
Career gap irutha it field la pokka mudiuma
Yes I had 6 year's cap after completing degree
Nice question useful video
Thank you ❤️🤝🏻
Because performers does not score more marks.and those with bookish knowledge gets selected but cannot perform .people confuse with intelligence and remeberence. Intelligent people does not remeber but capable people with remembrance does not have intelligence.
Nice interesting 🤔
What you are saying is partially acceptable... Theoretical knowledge alone is not enough... But at the same time we cannot conclude that intelligent people don't need to remember much... Memory and intelligence are required at optimal levels to succeed . Intelligent people who just refer again and again and work are less efficient if you think about it....
