Man, we HAVE to get more of this. We haven't even remotely gone over the earlier cretaceous period or the Jurassic period. The Morrison formation, Patagonia and North Africa. Spinosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, Giganotosaurus, Mapusaurus, we NEED to see all of em.
This has to be one of the best moments in nature of our planet was like back in prehistoric times just millions of years ago This series of David Attenborough has it all and I appreciate it so very much with every different kind of dinosaurs
Out of all those amazingly diverse prehistoric creatures, the one that creeped me out, the most was that giant toad, he looked like something that belongs in a low budget black & white late 50s “lost world” adventure flick
I really appreciate this type of work i really wish they could show more diverse ecosystems tho. Instead of sorta showing single species at a time and the most commonly covered. Imagine if they added ancient crocodile species, the list goes on, I'd love to see all sorts of different animals.
The Hoffman's Mosasaur is in there, getting cleaned by the pycnodont fish and the birds flying on the Dreadnaughtus are the enantiornithines that get formally introduced in the Mononykus section! I don't know about the turtles you're talking about though
If they did a season 3 which would be it for the show I would want it to be about the other of our planet’s continents Just like the last episode of the second season was about North America this third season will continue with the rest like episode names South America, Africa, Europe and Asia, Australia, and Antarctica and then will other new species of dinosaurs in that I assume if they come out with a third season of prehistoric planet all about the planet’s six other continents 🦖 🌍
Oh, please don´t corrupt a barn owl´s appearance that way! There´s enough fantasy left to create own, unique outfits for all those weird and wonderful reconstructions - we unfortunately know still very little about scale and feather colors of extinct archosaurids, I know ...
Dreadnoughtus, first time I saw a Dinosaur that could puff up like a frog. Jurassic World: Dominion was where I saw the Therizinosaurus for the first. This is the second.
Did you check the description? Can you also confirm if the uploader is actually making money off of these clips of the show? If they give credit in the description and aren't getting revenue from this video, then it's okay.
this documentary is like every kids dream. getting to see these animals in action. awesome

i think your right
we need a third prehistoric planet
a season 3
Don’t forget Yutyrannus or Baryonyx
I love how this show treats dinosaurs like real animals and not like some mythical beast of prehistoric times.
0:20 Yeah, Sam... Never imagined for many years about the *groovin' T-Rex 🦖 gone swimming in the seas* like this one right here...🏖🏊🏼♂️
😂@@rahadianaryo5979
Probably because its a documentary
Respect for the cameraman to travel back in time to make these amazing shots of these beautifull animals
Frfr
😂😂
🤖
Camerman had to do a back to the future style time travel to the mesozoic era to escape from the skibidi toilets
What a boring meme, it lost its fun a long time ago.
this is the best CGI I've seen
I hope we get more of this in the future.
🎉
Yeah, like maybe in season 3, they could talk about Dinosaurs found in Japan.
This has to be one of the best moments in nature of our planet was like back in prehistoric times just millions of years ago
This series of David Attenborough has it all and I appreciate it so very much with every different kind of dinosaurs
nice
At 2:24, there appears to be something that comes to the surface and dives back down. What is that?
Possibly a hesperornid.
17:09 what dinosaur is that? Is it a Troodon or a random troodontid
In the show, it was just labeled as a troodontid
Troodon is considered an invalid genus so they label it as a troodontid
Yep, definitely a Troodon.
@@JasonBason, Not true, at all.
@@tonybusch8771 Troodon isn’t valid anymore.
I just love how the first time we see the Tyrannosaurus and there is warm music instead of ominous music since it’s an animal
I came here just to go to sleep😴😴😪😪I love this narrative voice
At 9:44 that waterfall is palouse falls my favorite waterfall ever i recognized it so fast i too double check
I loved pterosaurs since i was at elementary school i loved pterosaurs but this show made me develop a new love for azhdarchids !!!
Out of all those amazingly diverse prehistoric creatures, the one that creeped me out, the most was that giant toad, he looked like something that belongs in a low budget black & white late 50s “lost world” adventure flick
The Velociraptor one is so good, that's unbelieveable.
I really appreciate this type of work i really wish they could show more diverse ecosystems tho. Instead of sorta showing single species at a time and the most commonly covered. Imagine if they added ancient crocodile species, the list goes on, I'd love to see all sorts of different animals.
It's amazing how to make it so clear real and graficaly
Excelente documentário..obra prima.
bello perchè potrebbe essere plausibile . ottimo lavoro
The Tarbosaurus one has to be my favorite.
Make a season 2 introduction video❤
Next video is prehistoric planet season 2 all creatures
You forgot to put the hard shelled turtles , the Hoff man’s mosasaurus and the birds flying on the dreadnoughtus!
The Hoffman's Mosasaur is in there, getting cleaned by the pycnodont fish and the birds flying on the Dreadnaughtus are the enantiornithines that get formally introduced in the Mononykus section! I don't know about the turtles you're talking about though
@@allison0411 the hatchlings chased by the baby T.Rexes!
@@josejuliangonzalez9216 Oh I just counted them as the same as the giant turtles since they were their babies.
@@allison0411 actually according to Darren Naish the lead paleontological advisor they are not the same species.
@@josejuliangonzalez9216 Oh I did not know that, thanks for telling me
What Dino is at 21:09 ?
Qianzhousaurus sinensis
@@allison0411, The top predator in these asiatic forests. And the only species of tyrannosaur in the world with a relatively long snout.
I love how mosa gets its food
13:07
Scary 😱
Why didn't you label these species to recognize.
Because the narrator says the names of the animals that are being introduced.
Looks like Russian cameraman Sanya never dies..
Why does mononykus look like a barn owl?
I think it’s a reference to the idea that some small feathered dinosaurs survived the mass extinction events and eventually evolved into modern birds.
Nice
5:50 DREADNOUGHTUS!!!!!!
Dreadnautus was so cool
You skipped the baby turtles which are actually not meant to be baby of the giant turtles but another species
Prehistoric planet season 2 all creatures

Are there jurassic dinosaurs in this documentary?
Hopefully, in possible future seasons after Season 2.
No, this show seems to only focus on the Late Cretaceous period
although not a dinosaur, there is attenborosaurus, it lived in the jurassic.
Why is it cut, missing alot......
Because it's only the species introductions, not full episodes
monster hunter's ecology video sure came a long way.
If a T rex is 42 feet and 10 tons and a mosasaur is 50 feet and 15 tons how is it the mosasaur twice the size of a t rex.
There are more than one species of Mosasaurus
I came here for the ark references in the comments
Oh, please don´t corrupt a barn owl´s appearance that way! There´s enough fantasy left to create own, unique outfits for all those weird and wonderful reconstructions - we unfortunately know still very little about scale and feather colors of extinct archosaurids, I know ...
prehistoric
I like the narration. I like the imagery. What I don't like is how poor the transition is from one part to another. It's so abrupt. Jarring.
Dreadnoughtus, first time I saw a Dinosaur that could puff up like a frog. Jurassic World: Dominion was where I saw the Therizinosaurus for the first. This is the second.
Seems to be hacked up, don’t like it
Creature intros only, think an ecology cutscene from Monster Hunter
I would say that this more interesting than the majority of actual documentaries of present wildlife 🫡
Dosto seriously mat lo sab kesab kalpanik jeev hai
Theif!!! Reported

It's like this was made by somebody who gets way too easily triggered from animated death
What? This is a show about prehistoric life and babies also have died in this show..
Looks like you didn't watch literally the first episode, which has an entire segment showing baby Pterosaurs getting picked off by predators.
Those garbage rap songs are definitely doing damage to your brain
Someone's snorting crack🙄
