This is awesome. Love your Dosti Roti. You prepared them with so much skill and care. In India , we call the friend, a Dost. Dosti means friendship. In my humble opinion, the name of Dosi Roti comes from this word. Two small portions of dough are pressed together, as if the are two friends. This togetherness stays till the cooking is done. Then ofcourse comes clapping and thumping. The dosts are separated to ensure a sumptuous meal. 👍
