I installed this exact scoop on my ‘65. Turned out great but be aware that it took a fair amount of fiberglass work to fill some wavy spots.

Install will be the same on a 99-04. Drill holes install scoop👍

Start with the basics like thermostat and fan. If they are good it may need a bigger radiator.
