I’ve been enjoying following you on your journey. I stumbled across your series when I found your video on repairing the PCV valve. I have a 67 scout 800 with the 196. I was in Bethel in June while traveling into Hooper Bay. Such a cool connection. I’m happy to follow you on every upload. How does one get one of your stickers?!
I’ve run out of stickers but I’ve ordered more. I’d had them made to do sticker trades with followers on instagram. Had no idea how popular they’d be. I’ll figure something out to make them available to viewers when we make it to VA. 🤞 Cool you were in Bethel. We do miss it. Summers there are amazing.
😂 Well, the rain gutter clamps I got off Amazon (search heavy duty rain gutter clamps tall). The pipes are steel pipe that I got from Lowes. Bought 10 foot pipes and had Lowes cut in half and thread the ends then added caps. If I had to do over with I would’ve gotten one size larger pipe. These have bowed just a little where the weight of the gas can is over the rough terrain. The basket is a Facebook marketplace find for $100. It’s fairly budget for sure.
I’m working on getting some more printed. They were a bigger hit than I expected. I had only gotten some to do sticker trades with other scout people on instagram. I’ll figure out a way for people to buy one and get back to you.
