We need a game based on cars that aren’t sold in the US.

That wasn’t an E28 M5 it clearly said E30 in the top left corner. Doug should have lost a point on that one 😂

To be fair both of those answers are wrong. The black stripe around the outside of the wheel signifies that it's a Michelin TRX sized style 5 (Metric tyres) which only came on e24s, e32s and e34s.
The fact that Kennan knew so many means it would probably be more fun if you wrote on whiteboards like with the horsepower challenge. It means it’s less about reactions and more about knowledge, also you can laugh at Filippo’s answers too.
Also shame on Doug for not knowing Pirelli P-slots! Then again in his world MK1 GTI’s had square headlights and were called Rabbits
We also only had the MK1 GTI for 2 model years (1983-84) and it had 20 less horsepower than the European version.

They should just have them all write the answers down and award points to whoever gets it right. It's pretty clear that Doug is slamming his button as the image is coming up, before his brain hasn't had time to even process the photo.

This wouild be way more fair and entertaining if you guys had small boards to write the answers and reveal them after 10 secs for example, everyone who really knows get a point, the buzzers are destroying the whole point of that

As mentioned above the picture should disappear once a person buzzes in. This ‘game’ was just to see who buzzes fastest. This was not fun.

If you don't answer immediately, you should lose a point. You have to know the answer before buzzing. Of course Doug wants it all....the business, the dough, to win silly games. Can't just be fair and let his friends have something.

Too many shared powertrains for that… it would have to be multiple choice with white boards and that could be a killer episode.

The problem here is the countdown. You should make a game where you buzz only after the picture changes

Yeah, Doug is really milking the early buzz.
The countdown is only there to lead in the next picture, it doesn't necessarily mean that the new picture will show up on exactly the same time.
And when the picture shows, he also buzzes on a reflex, even though he does know the majority of them.
The write ins were a better solution to level the field a bit, maybe this might've been an earlier recording.

Whoever creates the games and puts together the images should make an episode that heavily favors Fillippo OR create a rule that if someone guesses the last image correctly they steal the game regardless of points and throw Fillippo a bone because at this point he’ll never win 😂
I love these challenges--super fun epi's!
Can you do these as a survey before hand and get rid of the buzzing in? Give each person 10 minutes and no Internet access to figure each one out and who ever gives the most specific answer wins. Multiple people can get a point on an individual question if they're equally informative.

You guys should make the early buzzer participants loose all points if they buzz early and guess incorrectly. Higher stakes

I feel like the best solution to keep it a buzzer challenge is as soon as someone guesses the image goes away so that you're not just pressing it to buy yourself time to answer it. And if the buzzer gets it wrong the image comes back up for the other two to try and guess it.

The Golf GTI Pirelli WAS an iconic car - more iconic than any buick, lincoln, chrysler, oldsmobile, dodge or anylthing american made .... at least in Germany :-) - ok maybe a corvette was in the same league.
