I absolutely love the start to this song. Not only is it a beautiful view into Ashley. But it’s all painfully relatable in the sense that as humans we’re born at a disadvantage. Of the 4 basic emotion; joy, sadness, anger and fear, we’re only given 1 to out balance the other 3. We get a seconds reprieve in a joyful moment but it’s so easy to get stuck in your head because the other 3 are so much harder to ignore. Don’t ever think you aren’t needed Halsey.

I absolutely love the start to this song. Not only is it a beautiful view into Ashley. But it’s all painfully relatable in the sense that as humans we’re born at a disadvantage. Of the 4 basic emotion; joy, sadness, anger and fear, we’re only given 1 to out balance the other 3. We get a seconds reprieve in a joyful moment but it’s so easy to get stuck in your head because the other 3 are so much harder to ignore. Don’t ever think you aren’t needed Halsey.

I truly find myself immensely touched by this are and has reinvigorated me as a songwriter honestly. What a magnificent piecebof work! She should be so proud of this art! I really do hope she feels better soon and takes time for herself to heal Mann now though.
