Jada Danger well, when my father died and I went back to work on my business the first day, the thing I hated was people pitying me and constantly telling me to take some time off my dream job. Whenever Halsey’s feeling down she makes music to heal that pain. An artist paints to cope with shit, you don’t tell them to put the brush down and give them your pity. Anyways, she’s making millions while you’re worrying (pitying) her mental health. Secondly, just because I have a different opinion and disagree with the “aww you’re so sad, stop making music for now” mentality of fans doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate her expressing her feelings through music. When you have bipolar disorder, this album hits you differently. Halsey brings us real emotions and managed to express how we feel about it and what our life is like, our relationships, the battle for self love and accepting the diagnosis and all. Thank you for showing the world our reality. Now I know I'm not alone
I don't personally have Bipolar (or if I do have it it isn't doing shit yet) however my Father does have it (part of the reason My Mother is so paranoid about me and my Sibling potentially having it) so I can greatly sympathize with people who have it, and my first thought when I saw the Album title was this must have something to do with the Manic part of Bipolar, after all it's alternative name isn't Manic-depressive disorder for nothing.

I don't really know why people like me relate to this song so much that I even cry without any reason. I feel like this song make my heart let go of the emotions that I have kept deep inside, things that I did not tell anyone or how much I got hurt inside. It reminds me my wrong choices of trusting people easily and how they left me with a broken heart. and then finally I've learnt the lesson that everyone is selfish and they make you trust them and then they will use just you for their own good. No-one else will never understand you but this song does. I literally just finished watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and thought about Halsey's album, gave this song a listen, thought, yeah that could've been in the movie. And then I heard the quote at the end. Woah.
this was the most organic and authentic song she could have written about herself. so many claps for the self awareness she displayed! can't imagine living with bipolar disorder and being that big of a star, it must be so hard. ashley if you ever read this.... you are someone who yourself should be soo proud of. the proudest. you spill your guts out for our entertainment. thank you for this amazing album. you've helped me through a spinal cord injury/quadriplegia AND cancer. i thank you with every fiber of my being for that. i am forever grateful for you.

this album got me through some tough times........NO CAP.
I don't really know why people like me relate to this song so much that I even cry without any reason. I feel like this song make my heart let go of the emotions that I have kept deep inside, things that I did not tell anyone or how much I got hurt inside. It reminds me my wrong choices of trusting people easily and how they left me with a broken heart. and then finally I've learnt the lesson that everyone is selfish and they make you trust them and then they will use just you for their own good. No-one else will never understand you but this song does.
No-one never said it to me but if anyone is reading this and going through some trouble/depression/anxiety I just wanna say everything will be okay , you will be absolutely fine just believe in yourself.
