The other orcs are green because in the original timeline grommash did drink the blood of mannoroth and cursed the orcs for generations. But Garrosh went back in time to prevent his father drinking the blood
@@lankeyguy No, they turned green from brown because they drank the blood of Mannoroth for the first time. When they drank the blood a second time they turned red from green. In Warlods of Draenor, Kilrogg drank the blood from another demon they turned grey instead.
You are both right. They first turned green because they drank Mannoroth's blood, but even those who not drank - like the Frostwolf - became green because of the fel energies.
@@julespulp214 actually despite from the games, the red orcs are red and "deformed" because they drank too much of the blood and kept drinking it and craved more of it. It is the book "Illidan". I recommend you to read it or listen to it (audiobook) if you have not already. Its really good.
Regardless of playing the game itself I would really like to point out that the story of that world is just fantastic. Whether they plan to play it in the future or not, I do highly recommend they get a few of the books. I rarely play these days, just thought about going back to play my monk when I saw the Mists trailer, but I still keep up with the lore even though I dont play much any more.
The dragon in the first video is Deathwing, an evil mad dragon that tried to cause chaos with his schemes before, here you can see him leaving his hiding place for the first time in a long time and causing an event called Cataclysm, which damaged the world, during this time the main factions, Alliance and Horde also started fighting again The second video takes place after Deathwing's defeat as both Alliance and Horde found a new continent, Pandaria, which was hidden from the world by mists which disappeared after the Cataclysm, during this time Alliance and Horde were in open war, which ended with the imprisoment of the Horde's leader, Garrosh Garrosh was freed from his prison by a different dragon who sent him back in time, to the original homeworld of the orcs in an alternate timeline to build and army of orcs for the dragon, Garrosh instead killed the dragon and helped the orcs in this timeline to not be enslaved by demons as they were in the original timeline, which you can see come into fruition in the third video I hope this helps explain the context a bit, I love your reactions
@@Sabriell I'm trying to make it as simple as possible to explain the context and I reckoned namedropping too many names and plot points could be confusing for a simple explanation
He IS the Gul'dan that you saw earlier. The "green power" he gets in the warbringers story is the fel magic bestowed upon him by the Burning Legion to make of Gul'dan their agent to corrupt the Orc clans and enslave them under the Legion so they can be used as the most ruthless and savage army ever in the invasion of Azeroth where they would defeat the mortal armies of the planet. However, after the events of Mists of Pandaria, Garrosh, former leader of the Horde, travels back in time with the help of an agent of the bronze dragonflight (which are the keepers of time) to the epoch in which the Orcs were to be tricked by Gul'dan into drinking Mannoroth's blood (the winged demon). He warns them and has plenty of time to arm the Orc clans and plan out how they're gonna get rid of the demonic agents of the Legion.
As great as Blizzard's cinematic are, you're definitely missing a ton of context in some of them. Lore aside, the rise of that dragon in Cataclysm was huge for players who had been playing the game for as many as 6 years at the time. All the destruction you see in the cinematic (and more) actually happened in-game. It was the first time Blizzard did a major overhaul of the in-game world to reflect the events of the expansion. Additionally, there was a pre-expansion event in the game where the dragon would randomly fly over an area in the game and burn everyone in it. Probably one of the most memorable pre-expansion events, second only to the plague event before Wrath of the Lich King. As a player it was insane to see that cinematic, then log in and see the world had actually changed dramatically as a result.
At the end of B.C. these crates of infected grain started appearing in the capital cities . If you interacted with them, it would turn you into undead. You could then attack any in infected players and npcs. Priests could cleanse you and turn you back, but the plague spread so fast that basically everything stopped. No action house no training no quest turn ins... it was complete chaos for like three weeks. Rumor has it that it was supposed to go longer but many people complained that they couldn’t get anything done and didn’t want to participate. I’m pretty sure there is a vid out there that explains it better but that’s the gist
@@MionDesukaMusic Basicaly what hapened in Stratholme but without Arthas showing up to cleanse it lol. All major cities got infected and you could get infected aswell, basically turning you into a "third"faction where you could attack same faction players and npcs thus contributing to the spread of the scourge, it's like you were part of the Scourge. It was damn fun, I still keep my Haunted Memento from back then in my bags :)
The orcs were originally brown-skinned, when they drank the blood of Mannoroth ( the big winged demon ) they turned red briefly as they were empowered by the blood, and after the blood wore off ( like a drug kind of ) they were permanently turned green because of the tainted blood. it is these new green orcs you see in all of WoW lore. the same ones you see helping deathwing pin his new armor on himself.
I don't know if anyone has told you this but you're watching all the cinematicsin reverse order with all the ones you've seen so far. That's probably why your confused.
Those are orcs... in the Warcraft universe Orcs got green because they have drank the blood of demons to become stronger. Here in this alternate timeline Gromash Hellscream rejects the blood of Mannoroth, he refuses to become the slave of the Burning Legion... The Orc jumping in to save him is actually his son who came from "our" timeline to change the past... that is why Gul'dan says that "This was not our destiny" to which Garosh responds: "Times change..." ...if you play Warcraft 3 you actually see a really similar Cinematic only there(the original timeline) the Orcs were enslaved and Gromash and Thrall confront Mannoroth in an effort to kill him and set the orcs free... there is nobody there to save Gromash then...
deathwing, the dragon, was having armor put on himself, which is gonna take some force. the cataclysm made the panda's home island visible, they were shrouding themselves from the rest of the world. here, orcs were naturally brown/tannish. the demons came and had them drink demonblood and it turned them green, and completely changed them, they were pretty much enslaved to them and very savage. so any green orcs you see either directly drank demonblood or descend from an orc who did. those that didn't stayed brown.
He was healing and putting plates of metal on him after his battle with 4 other Dragon aspects his name is Deathwing used to known as the Earth aspect he only became this way after nzoths whispers sent him mad
A funny story for the first video you watched. All throughout the expansion Deathwing would fly over different areas and everyone there would die from the flames. There was an achievement for this that came from being there and dying to those flames. I tried throughout the expansion to get it finally did. My wife on the other hand every couple of days would have him fly over whatever zone she was in kill her character and everything in the zone. She really hated that dragon.
In the original timeline, Grom Hellscream (the orc on the cinematic) led the orcs to drank the blood offered by Gul'dan. After that, they became slaves to the demons and started the invasion on Azeroth. Years later, Grom redeemed himself by killing Mannoroth (the big demon with wings on the cinematic) but died to the explosion caused by Mannoroth's death. His sacrifice owned the orcs their freedom from the Blood Pact with the demons. On the Warlords of Draenor cinematic, Garrosh Hellscream (the "time's change" orc), Grom's son, traveled 35 years back in time to the original point where the orcs where about to drink the blood. He told his father what they would become if they took Gul'dan's offer, so Grom led the orcs to confront Gul'dan and Mannoroth instead. Grom slew Mannoroth on the cinematic just like he did on the original timeline but, when he was going to die on the explosion, Garrosh (knewing what was going to happen) jumped and saved him from certain death. Garrosh's plan was to save the orcs from demon's control and unite the clans on a single banner to invade Azeroth eitherway, so they built The Dark Portal (the link between Azeroth and Draenor, the orcs home planet) at the end of the cinematic to begin the invasion.
Haha, the cinematic window and the cat aligned almost perfectly when they walked from Nicole to Mario. It looked like they were stepping on the cinematic frame as if it was solid. XD
Cataclysm: That's Deathwing, formerly known as Neltharion. He's one of the 7 dragon aspects. They're supposed to be good, but Neltharion went a bit cray cray. They're putting plate armor on his body in the video. Mists of Pandaria: The only thing to really remember about this expansion is that Garrosh Hellscream is the current warchief of the Horde. He actually did not want to be warchief, because he knew he was ill-suited for the job. During the invasion of Gilneas (realm of those wolf people), which actually happens in Cataclysm I think, he actually tells Sylvanas not to use the blight, but Sylvanas being Sylvanas she does so anyway. The blight is like this thing tied in with the Scourge and the Lick King to make people undead. She changed it up a bit to turn them into her undead forsaken. You can also see her using this during the Battle for Lordaeron (that green stuff that gets poured over the battlefield). He also killed the father of the cow guy, because he was handed a poisoned blade when they fought. And he nuked Theramore, for which Jaina commited genocide on the Horde in Dalaran in retaliation. Anyway, by the end of Mists he's corrupted and pretty evil. Pretty much everyone turns against him, he gets defeated and is going to be put on trial. He managas to escape however and travels back in time, which leads us to Warlords. Warlords of Draenor: Many years ago the orcs drank that green stuff. That green stuff is the blood of Mannoroth, who's the big guy with the wings. Mannoroth is indeed a demon, or more precise a pit lord. Drinking his blood basically enslaved them to the legion, made them stronger this and that and turned them green. Then they proceeded to go through that portal you see being built in the end and invade Azeroth. Garrosh went back in time to stop this and create his own Iron Horde to invade present day Azeroth. The orc you see refusing the drink is Garrosh's father Grommash Hellscream, the bald orc with the nosering in the end is Garrosh himself and the bearded guy who offers the drink is indeed Gul'dan.
Pandaren have been a part of Warcraft for a long time, long before kung fu panda was created... They even existed before World of Warcraft was created.
Yes the Pandaren people in Warcraft date back to 2002. But considering MOP came out in 2011 years after the first Kung Fu Panda movie (2008) it's not surprising people link the two. Also, i wouldn't be surprised if the success of that movie helped sway them to go in that direction. We know they take in alot of factors when picking expansions.
In the first cinematic the dragon was getting repaired from his last major encounter with us and trying to control the “demon soul” within himself. Second cinematic the third guy in the fight is a panderin name Chen Stormstout and he is an adventurer soul who has been with us since Warcraft III. In the third cinematic they are orc but before they got corrupted but in this case never corupted by the demon lord Mannoroth (the big winged demon guy) and it seems the Gromm would always stand there and take Mannroth’s death blow up to the face of it wasn’t for Garrosh his future son.
About the cata intro, you are not tecnicali correct. That pieces of elementium are atached to him so he can mantein is form (the corruption of the old gods is twitsting his body), the last battle vs deathwing was in warcraf 2 more or less 15 years ago (at the time cata came out). The demon soul and the shatering of azeroth was 10 thousand years ago.
Deathwing the Destroyer (in the Cataclysm cinematic) was one of five dragon aspects who were given power to protect Azeroth by the titans. He was formerly known as Neltharion the Earth-Warder, leader of the Black Dragonflight and had dominion over earth and the deep places of Azeroth. He was driven mad by the old gods and turned againest the other aspects eventually abandoning his title of Aspect of Earth in favor of being the Aspect of Death. In a nutshell, he was so corrupted and powerful his body started to rip apart. Adamantium plates were made to keep him together and are being applied in the cinematic. EDIT: Your channel is one of my favourites at the moment! Keep up the great work and reactions :)
You should check out some of the Wacraft 3 cinematics, I know they recently updated them to 1080p and they generally hold up, you get some more Illidan (from Harbringers) Grommash (From Warlords) and Thrall (From Safe Haven) and Arthas murdering his father and sending the kingdom into chaos, and later ascending as Lich King. Also check out any of the modern ingame rendered cinematics (like you did for Wrath of the Lich King, but newer ones) for more context on the story which picked up a lot during Warlords - Legion - Battle for Azeroth. That reminds me, check out Legion cinematics.
For the Warlords of Draenor cinematic: The big hulking dude with wings is Mannoroth, a pit lord of the Burning Legion. It was his blood the orcs drank originally, turning them green and increasing their bloodlust. Here, "Times change" dude (Garrosh) went back in time to prevent that. The Gul'dan from this cinematic is the same Gul'dan you saw in the Harbingers animation. That was his origin story, where he finds the Fel magic and its masters after the elements rejected him. This is some time after that, where he has been tasked to bring the orcs under the control of the Burning Legion, by having them drink the blood of Mannoroth.
the cup that the warloc guldan gave was filled with demon blood which when drank it turns their skin green but also makes them mindless and easily controlled by demons and warlocks like guldan and the pit lord manneroth that grom hellscream killed, then preceded to give the axe 'gorehowl' to his son grommash hellscream to lead the clans of draenor through the dark portal to azeroth to claim new lands.
For those curious about who the Pandaren is in the MoP trailer, that was Chen Stormstout. A brew master monk from the wandering Isle, he decided to travel the world one day, in search of rare ingredients for his brewing. While doing so, he casually helped Thrall found Orgrimmar, and once the mists protecting Pandaria subsided, he went to explore his people's homeland as his next adventure. He's a very laid back individual, preferring to take his time with his adventures, enjoying life to the fullest. In Warcraft lore, he's something of a big deal.
Y'all are so lost... I love your genuine reactions and you def earned my subscription. I'm hitting the little bell and I hope to see more from you two. But you'll never truly understand whats going on without seeing it first hand for yourselves as either a member of the Horde or the Alliance. Start with classic and we'll go from there. If you want to contact me to find out what server I'm on we can work it out. But you have to watch the Zul'Aman trailer and the Black Temple trailer
The brown orcs are the uncorrupted orcs. their destiny is to drink the green sludge (blood of mannoroth(the big dragon dude)). the cinematic is an alternate timeline where grommash (the main dude with long hair) gets convinced by his son garrosh (the bald dude with the hoodie(he gets sent back in time somehow)) to not drink the green blood of mannoroth. And so, the orcs remain uncorrupted and the iron horde is born. if you wish to know more about the iron horde, there are some great cinematics about the iron horde's clan leaders called world of warcraft lords of war series. they are in the same style as the warbringers: jaina/sylvannas/aszhara cinematics. i think there are 5 or 6 parts to them. also the burdens of shaohao are pretty nice too, but they kinda lack the action you see in most other cinematics.
The warlords of Draenor story is essentially an alternate timeline. You guys should react to the Orc ending from Warcraft 3 and see how Mannoroth (That big demon) is actually beaten in the original warcraft timeline. The Warlords of Draenor cinematic also pays homage to certain scenes from it so that's cool too.
If you havent already, you should watch the legion cinematic trailer and then look up the individual cinematics from within that expansion and bfa. They did some really high quality and interesting ones!
Neltharion was the earth warden aspect of The black dragon flight. During the azshara kingdom he succomb to madness of the old god N’Zoth and became deathwing the destroyer.
The Dragon deathwing was originally called Neltharion the Earthwarder cutting a long story short he went mad at some point in the past and his body is falling apart because of the corrruption the goblins are his slaves which he used to forge those plates to keep his body together that's why they were hammering the plates and bolts into him
Quick Lore Breakdown Cataclysm - The dragon is Deathwing, he is the "Aspect of Earth" and leader of the Black Dragonflight (there are 5 dragonflights, earth, time, magic, Life and The Dream). However evil chaotic beings known as "Old Gods" were imprisoned deep in the earth and as a result one of the old gods drove Deathwing insane and Deathwing attempted to wipe out the other dragonflights. His power is more then his body can handle now so all the metal plates and everything are to reinforce-him otherwise his power would rip his own body apart. Pandaria is a land hidden in mist and no outsider had set foot on it in 10,000 years however due to the events of the Cataclysm the mist/fog that hide Pandaria was lifted and the battle between the Alliance and Horde soon ended up coming to Pandaria (way more happens, not going to leave it here haha) Warlords of Dren..ughh.. Warlords of.. I want to vomit thinking of this expansion.. Warlords of Draenor is sent in an alternate reality - The cinematic you watched is not what happened in "OUR" Azeroth. In the "real" time line the Orcs drank the Demons Blood (the green cup) and were all corrupted and controlled by "The Legion" changing their skin to a green color and becoming little more then bloodthirsty animals. The lead orc in this Cinematic is Grommash Hellscream who eventually kills the Demon MUCH later in the "real" timeline freeing the Orcs from the Legions control but after so much horrible things were already done. Hence all the orcs you've seen till now were green. This expansion plays with an alternate timeline "Iron Horde" of Orcs NOT drinking the blood but still coming to Azeroth to be conquer Azeroth as a means to never been taken as slaves (which they were under the ogres for a long time in BOTH time lines) I think my phrase of quick is not quite up to snuff lol
a small fact, when we first fought that dragon we were on his back ! trying to surving while he is flying around azeroth and we slowly removing those plates you saw at the start of the video being nailed on his body ! here is his wiki wow.gamepedia.com/Deathwing, for the 3rd video you watched in game we traveled to a different universe where this never happened th-cam.com/video/b-YMR6l7h4g/w-d-xo.html ,if you watch closely you will see that when the pit lord explodes Grom is saved from the explosion cause on the actual "timeline" he dies cause of it (also the one that saves him is the son of the original timeline Grom )this is why Garrosh tells Gul'dan "times change", also that green drink at the start of the cinematic was the Pit lords blood that made orcs more powerful but gave them their green skin!
Many of the Orcs turned green due to Fel. Fel was in the cup. Guldan introduced Fel to the orcs. Many of the orcs were interested in Fel because of the power it gave them but it also gave them power that belonged to demons. It was Guldan in the video and also the same guy that expelled him from the Horde back then in the video. World of Warcraft has many timeline issues. Multiple timelines exist and it is hard to follow.
Story points: Dragon aspects have a Dragon form and humanoid form: That was Deathwing the Destroyer, formerly known as Neltharion the Earth-Warder. Leader of the black dragonflight. He was driven mad by the old gods. After the war with the Lich King, the Horde Warchief Thrall made Garrosh the next Warchief. After the Shattering (Cataclysm) Warchief Garrosh become more aggressive to the Alliance. Deathwing was eventually defeated. With the discovery of Pandaria. The Horde and Alliance brought their war to the shores of Pandaria. The war continued. But there was a troll rebellion, overthrowing Garrosh as Warchief. During Garrosh war trial, Kairozdormu the bronze dragon helped Garrosh escape and travel to an alternate Draenor, 30 years in the past. There Garrosh convinced the Orcs not to drink the demon blood, which would turn them green with fell magic. But he mislead the Draenor Orcs to think the Orcs on Azeroth were all prisoners. At the start of the expansion, Grommash was going to invade Azeroth under the mistaken impressions the Orcs where in chains.
They were hammering plates onto Deathwing (made of a metal called elementium) to hold his body together because it's basically falling apart and his insides are like molten lava. He's barely even properly a dragon anymore at this point.
If you watch the Warcraft 3 cinematics you will get that Warlords cinematic more. Particularly the Warcraft 3 orc ending cinematic. Warcraft 3 was a "smaller" game so there were less of these. Let's see for Warcraft 3 cinematics you have: Warcraft 3 intro cinematic human intro human ending undead ending orc ending night elf ending Then for Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne (expansion from 2003) you have: Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne intro cinematic Warcraft 3 Arthas vs Illidan cinematic (You'll want to put original, the remastered one was outsourced to Taiwan and it sucks) Warcraft 3 Ending Cinematic If you watch these keep in mind they're all 4 years before original (also called vanilla) World of Warcraft from 2004 These games were in 2002 and 2003 for the expansion. WoW is essentially Warcraft 4 but done in a different genre of game (MMORPG or massively multiplayer online role playing game) as opposed to the first 3 which were RTS (real time strategy). Also to help you guys out. The expansions and their cinematics go in order: World of Warcraft (the base game) 2004 The Burning Crusade 2007 Wrath of the Lich King 2008 Cataclysm 2010 Mists of Pandaria 2012 Warlords of Draenor 2014 Legion 2016 Battle for Azeroth 2018 Shadowlands 2020 (we hope) It's also worth mentioning there is a difference between the cinematic intros vs the trailers for the expansions as well as in game cinematics and patch trailers though not all patches have had trailers and the first game and expansion didn't really have in game cinematics. Wrath of the Lich King is where that stuff started happening regularly. Hope this helps!
The armor that was being hammered onto the dragon was to keep his body from literally coming apart from his own internal rage. The panda's in Warcraft were around in the lore LOOOONG before Kung Fu panda was a thought. That panda is Chen Stormstout. The demon Magtheridon back before the timeline change in the warlords cinematic convinced the orcs to drink his blood to gain power and then became his servants and that's also why their skin turned green, otherwise their skin was more brown.
That dragon was Deathwing (Nefarion the dragon aspect of the earth aka the Earth Warder) he used to be a good guy until the old gods whispered all kinds of madness to him and he betrayed the world and became the old gods tool to break the planet and free them. That panda guy is Chen Stormstout a panderan brewmaster monk, he is one of the founding fathers of the Ogrimmar ( the horde capital city) he is a very powerful monk. Those are orcs....
In the first video, you see Deathwing (The dragon). He was originally called Neltharion, the Earth Warder, and was one of five Dragon Aspects that each rule over a particular domain on Azeroth. (Aspect of Life, Aspect of Time, Aspect of MAgic etc.) and he was the Aspect of Earth. Hence why he can create earthquakes and cause tidal waves. Orignally the Aspects are supposed to be the guardians of Azeroth, but more than 10.000 years ago he became corrupted and turned into Deathwing. What you see in the video is a whole bunch of Goblin slaves putting armored plate made out of a special metal onto Deathwing's body, because otherwise his own body would collapse due to the sheer amount of power he consumed. In the second video you see survivors of an alliance and horde fleet discovering the continent of Pandaria, which is very much like the first discovery of America in our own history. In the third video, you see a pivotal event that happened many years ago on the Orc homeworld. In that time, the orcs were corrupted by demons. A few select chieftains of the orcs were deceived by Gul'dan (the old looking orc you see) into drinking the demon blood of Mannaroth (The big demon you see in the video), by promises of power. At the same time they built the giant portal which Gul'dan used to open a gateway onto Azeroth for the Horde invasion. Originally it was the demon's plan to invade and conquer Azeroth and the orcs were simply used as their puppets to accomplish that goal. In the original events that happened later, the orcs lost the war on Azeroth and later freed themselves of the demon's curse. In the video you see Garrosh (the guy with the hood), who traveled back in time to the event were the orcs originally drank the blood, to alter the course of history.
The Dragon is Deathwing. He is so powerful he body is literally splitting apart and magma leaks out of the cracks in in his scales. The Cult of Twilight's Hammer (his followers/worhsipers) where pinning the cracks basically and were putting a special type of armor all over him that would act like ann extension of the dragons own scales/skin and enhance him even further before launch his next attack on the world which was so devestated it's called the Cataclysm. Some areas in the game were change / destroyed by him and still are changed to this day in the game. It took the full might of both faction armies of the horde and the alliance, with the help of other special orders of the druidism and shamanism AND the help of three other dragons, as well a special artifact weapon (that was in fact created from/by Deathwing himself) to bring Deathwing down in the end.
To the first short, Cataclysm: That huge ass dragon is Deathwing the Destroyer. At that point he was allready mad and bent on destroying Azeroth, but before he went crazy, he used to be known as Neltharion the Earth-Warder, one of five mighty dragons each charged with protection one aspect of creation. Neltharion/Deathwing was the Dragon Aspect of the Earth and Deep Places, which is why he basically has power other things such as seismic activities. That's why his rage and pain, as seen in the cinematic, can trigger earth quakes, volvanic erruptions and tidal waves. And no, he wasn't tortured in that cinematic. They built him armor from elemtentium and grafted it directly onto his skin, because his before that point battered and bruised body would otherwise have no longer been able to contain his raw power ... that's why lave is dripping out of the scars on his body. About the second short, Mists of Pandaria: That human is just a random Alliance soldier, and the orc is just a random Horde grunt. The Alliance and Horde are basically in a seemingly endless conflict with each other. And yes, they brought that war, by accident to be fair, to the long hidden continent of Pandaria (basically Warcraft-China :D). Pandaria is home to the Pandaren, the panda-like creatures. And yes, many of them are skilled martial artists. That pandaren in this cinematic is Chen Stormstout, famous traveller, adventurer and last but not least, brewmaster. Brewmaster also doubles as a class of Monk, the masters of martial arts and a character class that was brought into the game with this add-on. To the third: Yes, that huge creature is a demon. A race of demons called Annihilan, or Pit Lords. This one is Mannoroth and the green orc at the beginning, Gul'dan, basically sold his fellow orcs into servitude for the demons of the Burning Legion in exchange for power. That's why Grommash Hellscream, the brown-skinned orc in the beginning, was supposed to drink the green liquid. That liquid is the blood of Mannoroth, and it would have made the orcs stronger and more ferocious, but it would also have driven them mad with bloodlust, turned their skin green like Gul'dans and bound them to the Legion. There's much more to that short actually, because it actually depicts a parallel universe (in the official timeline of Wacraft, the orcs DID drink the blood of Mannoroth, which basically triggered the events of the games), but that would take quite a while to explain.
Alternate timelines can be confusing. In the original timeline the orc Grommash Hellscream (and the rest of his people) drank the demon's blood turning their skin green and giving them powers but also a curse. The original orcs had skin in shades of brown. After that it was green. Then after Mists of Pandaria, Garrosh Hellscream (Grom's kid) got sent back in time and changed things. He prevented his father and the orcs from drinking the demon blood, setting up an alternate reality.
The first one, Cataclysm, the Dragon's name is Deathwing and his cultists were hammering metal plates to his body to armor and help hold his body together; as Deathwing's molten body had been torn and ripped from past battles. He was a living cataclysm as his arrival literally changed the topography of much of the world from his destruction. The panda is indeed a Kung Fu Panda, his name is Chen Stormstout and at that expansion the Alliance and Hordes warfare had inadvertently brought them to discover the as of that time unknown continent of Pandaria where they got the inhabitants involved in their fighting. The final one you guys were right, it was a set up. Originally Gul'dan tricked the Orcs into drinking the blood of that demon, Mannoroth, which ultimately led to turning their skin green and binding them to the demons control through an insatiable bloodlust. The Orc that says "Time's change" is named Garrosh, who was an escaped war criminal in the present going back in time. With his knowledge of these events he allowed the Orcs to set a trap for Gul'dan and Mannoroth, leading to their defeat and ultimately culminating in a splintered timeline and the creation of the Iron Horde; a Horde of uncorrupted Orcs using gunpowder and other technology that began to wage war on present day Azeroth.
Due to his own corruption, Deathwing (the dragon in the first video) was pretty much coming apart at the seams. So the armor plates had to be welded, hammered and nailed onto him despite the pain just to keep him together. And even after that, most of his pain still comes from within. In other words, all those little people that he crushed for hurting him were actually doing his bidding in the first place. I guess they weren't important anymore as they put the finishing touches on his armor. Sucks to be them.
For some context on the last video, Draenor is the homeworld of the orcs. On Draenor, Gul'dan tricked the original orcish horde into drinking demon blood, which turned them green, enslaved them to a demon master, and triggered their invasion into the world of Azeroth. This video shows an orc named Garrosh (the "times change" orc) going back in time to save the his race from being enslaved to Mannaroth (the demon they killed). He still wants them to invade Azeroth though, so that's why they're building a portal at the end of the video.
He said that it heaved with his torment. He's the corrupted Earth-Warder, a Dragon Aspect. Former leader of the black dragon flight(basically the black breed of dragons). He was corrupted by the old gods, and turned into their champion basically, over 10 000 years earlier. He was wounded gravely durig the event known as The Sundering, when Aszhara tried to summon The Dark Titan Sargeras into the world(the absurdly overpowered leader of the demons, formerly one of the creators of the world). Most thought him dead, but he survived due to the powers granted to him by the old gods(you may note his chest is basically leaking his inner fire, but he's still quite lively). The armor was made by his servants/slaves to contain him. And to keep his body from falling apart. The exact reasons why he looks like that, and why he is falling apart is a long story. But I will break into 3 points: 1st - The blessing of the titans, from when he was first made into the Earth-Warder(basically a sort of guardian for the planet), alongside the other dragon aspects. The 2nd is from when the old gods corrupted him through his connection with the earth and the deep places. The 3rd is from when he crazily tried to fuse with the Dragon Soul(the aggregate of a large of portion, of all the dragon aspects power). It burned him, and tore at his form at first. And then it was turned back on him by others, completely shredding him. Everyone assumed he died after he flew off.
deathwing(the dragon) was turned mad by the old gods that is imprisoned in the planet. The things his minions put on him was elementium armor that keeps his body from breaking apart due to his explosive new nature of madness :-)
Orcs became green after drinking the blood of that big guy. That bald red orc is Garrosh, son of Grommash (the one that kills the monster). He traveled time to avoid the orcs corruption. Something interesting about this cinematic is that Garrosh uses that axe (named Gorehowl) which was his fathers weapon in the maintimeline, and after taking it from the monster's head he stops for a moment before throwing it to his father, that scene looks dope.
I like the detail of Grom looking at the green blood on Gorehowl and realizing that that blood was in the cauldron and cup that Gul'dan wanted them to drink. :)
The reason you get the orc vibes from Deathwing's voice, is because they are likely voiced by the same guy. Chris Metzen at one point in WoW's history, basically voiced every major villain, for whatever reason. He also voices Thrall, the orc faction leader for most of the game, and one of the two orcs you saw in the "Safe Haven" cinimatic.
Deathwing, also known as Neltharion was the earthwarden, the aspect of Earth amongst the dragon fights, his mind was corrupted due to his connection with the earth, which the old gods we're imprisoned within. He betrayed the other aspects and tried to bring about the end of the world
The Dragon is Deathwing. He'd become so corrupted from Old God influence that his body simply couldn't take it without intervention, what his minions are doing is hammering in elementium (A special metal alloy in the game/lore) scales to keep himself together. No doubt a painful but necessary process.
The reason the dragon was getting Things hammered into him was because this power that he had was pretty much ripping him apart and so the armor that he had on was to keep him together
As for the Warlords of Draenor video That was a defining moment when the orcs drank the demon blood and became extra violent and aggressive The expansion is about an alternate reality where the orcs refuse to get enslaved by the demons
Mists was such a change because the game had been miserable and dark before then, pandaria was a bright place after the cataclysm. It has it's own story about why it was saved from the world being ruined. For warlords of draenor, you can watch the cinematic that talks about each one, including the main character of the cinematic here. The orcs were bound to drink the blood of demons (Gul'Dan's masters) and turn green, but be cursed to serve them. That's why he answers "what must we give?" with "everything..."
Interestingly enough, the Pandaren first show up as an April Fools joke, then later show up in Warcraft 3's expansion, "The Frozen Throne" which was released in 2003. Kung Fu Panda was released in 2008. While the movie might be more famous, it can't be denied that the idea originated with Blizzard Entertainment.
hahahahaha let the cat do his purrrpurrrr things :D as always love your wow reactions, also i have notice that you like the wow music/soundtracks. as always i leave here my suggestions for another reactions if you want to make, so look for "StarCraft 2 The Trilogy - 4K Movie - inc Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm & Legacy of the Void" (another game of blizzard with great storry! but beware... is huge... almost tow hours). as always take care of you and have fun.
For anyone who doesn't know, the Skeleton Dragon (Sindragosa) in the Wrath of the Lich King cinematic was originally killed by Deathwing from the Cataclysm trailer. Hence why the Lich King had to raise her from the dead for his army.
The fel, a chaotic magical essence, corrupts orcs and makes their skin green. If they consume demon blood (which pulsates with fel) they not only become green but also physically stronger, but their minds get messed up. Garrosh Hellscream, the hooded brown orc, went back in time to change the course of history for the orcs, denying Gul'dan and his demon lords, by aiding his own father, Grommash Hellscream, in creating a different Horde. In the original cinematic from Warcraft 3 Grommash dies the exact same way, after killing that same demon (albeit further ahead in time, after already having drank the blood) - that's why Garrosh pushes him out of the way in this cinematic - a throwback/easter egg.
The Dragon contains so much power it is breaking him, and the armor they re putting on is keeping him together. But the thing u missed about the cataclysm cinematic, well u cant know it, is that actually the dragon himself is the reason the entire world breaks into pieces, he is causing the tsunamis and stuff while he is in pain and hitting the walls and stuff.
Cataclysm - They were repairing the Dragon Neltharion after he lost a battle to destroy Azeroth. previously. So it was a bit torture a bit building a dragon sure. Mists of Pandaria - Kung fu panda probably influenced that one more than it ought to have Warlords of Draenor - They are Orcs and Draenor is their home planet. The green orcs are the one's who originally drank the blood of the demon enslaving them to it's will. That's the importance of them saying that they will never be slaves.
Lore time; Cinematic 1 Cataclysm: Dragon Deathwing was driven to madness by void, waiting for perfect time to bring Cataclysm to world. He did those things to himself, that armor is completely indestructible. Cinematic 2 Pandaria : both alliance and horde happens to find a new land hidden beneath mists. Pandaria, land of mysteries. Lot of things happened. Cinematic 3 Draenor : 35 years ago on Draenor, Guldan trick orcs to drink demon blood, results turn them to green skin slaves to demons. Cause many bad events and literally beginning of everything in wow. Grommash (orc with long hair in Cinematic) was the first to drink. His son Garrosh (bald orc) was really shame of it. So he travel back in time to change history. And he's really racist person start the war against other races. In real timeline after orcs manage to gain some control over demon rage, Grommash kill the demonlord same way he did here but he died to the explosion as a hero.
You should see Wrath of the Lich King cinematic. Its still one of my favorite ones because of the back story but its still really cool if you don't know it
This is the sequence u need to watch - World of Warcraft (2004) - World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade (2007) - World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King (2008) - World of Warcraft: Cataclysm (2010) - World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria (2012) - World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor (2014) - World of Warcraft: Legion (2016) - World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth (2018) - World of Warcraft: Shadowlands (2020
The Orc that did not drink the demonic blood of Mannaroth (The big demon) is Grommash Hellscream, father of Garrosh Hellscream. In the original timeline Grom was the first to drink the blood of mannaroth and cause the Orcs to be bound to the demon and his will, it also filled them with bloodlust they could not control. So in the original timeline, once the Orcish Horde was formed and had taken the blood, they invaded Azeroth at the behest of Mannaroth and the Burning Crusade of Sargeras. Warlords of Draenor is a time-travel expansion, what you saw int he trailer was 35 years ago, and instead of taking the blood he rejects it, and they kill Mannaroth (Killing Mannaroth is how Grom died in the original timeline). They then form the iron horde and decide to invade azeroth anyway. The Orc in the hood that says 'Times Change' is Garrosh, Groms son. He was freed (after Mists of pandaria) by a bronze dragon, the bronze dragons control time, this dragon then sent him back to save his father, which is pretty much the worst thing the bronze dragons can do as they are supposed to keep the timeline pure, not mess with it. Upon returning to draenor before the corruption he finds his father, tells him everything and devises this plan. If you remember the BFA cinematic when Varok Saurfang finds thrall, the land with the floating islands that is all broken? That's original timeline Draenor, which the legion / gul'dan ruined, and it shattered the planet, leading to the orcs needing to resettle on Azeroth.
Also, the axe is very very significant. That axe is Gorehowl and it has very rich history. It was orignally Grom's weapon, given to his son by Thrall later on, so when Grommash pulls it out of Mannaroth and hands it back to his alternate timeline father, he's handing over controll and giving respect all at once, it's an often missed part of the cinematic. Grom is my favourite lore character, however, WoD grom isn't grom, even Blizzard refused to call him Grom, they always called him Grommash.
Orcs in the Warcraft universe are naturally brown/grey-ish. But due to drinking demon blood, which you saw at the beginning of that last cinematic, they turned green (and more powerful). Also, orcs are basically aliens in a sort of way in this universe, since they come from a different planet through a portal. Basically the events of that cinematic, and that whole expansion, features an alternate timeline and these orcs ends up building their own portal that they plan on connecting to the normal timeline and invade Azeroth. Thats what you saw at the end of the cinematic. Its very confusing, yeah. That hooded orc you saw is called Garrosh and he basically turned mad at the end of Mists of Pandaria, going against everyone as the last raid boss. He ended up escaping with someone who's able to do time travel stuff. Which is how he ended up in this alternate timeline, where he then decided to do this upbringing that you saw and literally change history - although in an alternate timeline. Thats just the short of it, there's a lot more to it, especially how the original timelines history plays out! XD
the green goo was the big demons blood in the original timeline the hooded dude wasn't there and the orcs drank the demons blood those are the green orcs, in the separate timeline which is the one in the cinematic the hooded dude went back in time and changed it so that the orcs rejected the demons blood thus retaining their original colors
Yeah the last trailer is a bit complicated. The green stuff is the demon's blood, and when the orcs drink it they become green and fall under his control, which is how the first war against the humans started. But the bald, big orc is actually a timetraveler trying to prevent that from happening so they're free of the demon's control. But he also wants orcs to rule over everybody else so he's a bad guy.
The gentleman you saw at 3:39..? That, folks is Lemmy Killmeister! Not only one of the few humans that can throw down w/an Orc but perhaps the ONLY Human that can out-drink one as well! *;-}*
With all the videos, I highly implore you guys to venture into the game yourself! You can play the first 20 levels for free. Get in, see some of the story.
THANK YOU!! btw: they were green in the original time line cuz they drank the stuff guldan was proposing which enslaved them to demonic possession like guldan with his red eyes and green skin. In that alternate timeline the orcs refuse guldan's gift but still go on to conquer other worlds
Personally just liked it back in warcraft 2 days when orcs were green and lived in a fungal tree waste land. With Gul'Dan uniting the clans with dark magics. They had dragons and death knights at their command back then. Was far more good vs evil back in warcraft 2 tides of darkness.
@@jasonlynch282 as they're my favorite race in Warcraft and as I'm interested in history; I like it much more that it's not good vs evil, cuz in real life it never is it's just cultures competing for the same things
See this is the thing, you guys quite excitedly watch these cinematics because ultimately they're cool as hell, and you guys don't even know most of the context yet you're loving em. We've been banging on Blizzards door now for years to get them to make a full length movie in this very format, and instead they went and made a film with real actors and other publishers stuck their noses in and ruined it. The Warcraft movie was supposed to be 2hr40min or there abouts, this was necessary to tell the story properly but Universal Pictures were apparently scared of having such a lengthly film and cut that 40 minutes out a bit late into the whole process and now we're left with a film only the players can really understand what's supposed to be happening so we piece it together ourselves and non-players hardly have a clue what's going on and who's who really. It's so sad
That last video makes no sense without watching this > th-cam.com/video/yACjCmT313g/w-d-xo.html It makes more sense when you realize this is not the original way things went down for the orcs. Draenor was like a do-over... confusing alternate reality stuff. But Hellscream, was the one, who damned the orcs, by drinking the blood the first time. And he paid the ultimate price. The scenes are identical... except you will notice in this version of things. Garrosh (the guy at the end there) changes things.
Deathwing gets corruptet from old gods, he is normaly a peacfull dragon and stay for Earth there are few dragon aspects but most are dead now or lose there power to defeat him on the end before he destroy azeroth. Neltharion is his real name, you saw one of the three old gods on the azshara comic movie in the deep of the ozean. Oh and i love cats :)
Fun part of that event: Deathwing would randomly fly around the game world and, if he got close to you, you would just die where you stood. Level didn't matter. Gear didn't matter. You just straight died. Had a buddy die 19 times that way, lol
The other orcs are green because in the original timeline grommash did drink the blood of mannoroth and cursed the orcs for generations. But Garrosh went back in time to prevent his father drinking the blood
Not strictly true, Orcs started turning green from being exposed to fel magic even those who never used it.
Its really good.
god i love my wow nerds
The question is at this point why are you still non world of Warcraft gamers...
Well judging by the state of the game...
@Josh derp I'm not talking about numbers and popularity the game is going in a bad direction in terms of design.
@@janterri3539 i mean shadowlands looking kinda juicy ngl
It's not like they'l start playing every game they reat to the trailers. That's not what they're looking for, just react and that's it.
I can't express how much I love these. Just seeing your reactions with basically no context about what is going on is great.
Ditto
Yesss it's so wholesome, I love it!
💯
The dragon in the first video is Deathwing, an evil mad dragon that tried to cause chaos with his schemes before, here you can see him leaving his hiding place for the first time in a long time and causing an event called Cataclysm, which damaged the world, during this time the main factions, Alliance and Horde also started fighting again
The second video takes place after Deathwing's defeat as both Alliance and Horde found a new continent, Pandaria, which was hidden from the world by mists which disappeared after the Cataclysm, during this time Alliance and Horde were in open war, which ended with the imprisoment of the Horde's leader, Garrosh
Garrosh was freed from his prison by a different dragon who sent him back in time, to the original homeworld of the orcs in an alternate timeline to build and army of orcs for the dragon, Garrosh instead killed the dragon and helped the orcs in this timeline to not be enslaved by demons as they were in the original timeline, which you can see come into fruition in the third video
I hope this helps explain the context a bit, I love your reactions
Deathwing was not evil though. He was the warden of the Earth and turned insane by the Old God N'Zoth.
it wasn't his schemes, it was the old gods schemes. as he fell to the sway of the old gods.
@@Sabriell I'm trying to make it as simple as possible to explain the context and I reckoned namedropping too many names and plot points could be confusing for a simple explanation
didn't pandaria get hidden after the well of eternity exploded and divided the continents,? and not because of the cataclysm event
Almost none character in WoW is evil from birth if i can say it like that. Most of the villains are corrupted by the void (on Azeroth - Old Gods)
As a player it was insane to see that cinematic, then log in and see the world had actually changed dramatically as a result.
and the revamp of all the starting zones and quests. It was one of the best expansions so far. A shame it had a crappy ending.
Dude, that plague event in LK was soooo frikkin fun. the perfect way to end BC and phase into Wrath.
@@Hungry73 what exactly was the wotlk event?
We told them a couple videos back
NDT TvClips Reborn cool, good to know.
Those are orcs... in the Warcraft universe Orcs got green because they have drank the blood of demons to become stronger. Here in this alternate timeline Gromash Hellscream rejects the blood of Mannoroth, he refuses to become the slave of the Burning Legion... The Orc jumping in to save him is actually his son who came from "our" timeline to change the past... that is why Gul'dan says that "This was not our destiny" to which Garosh responds: "Times change..." ...if you play Warcraft 3 you actually see a really similar Cinematic only there(the original timeline) the Orcs were enslaved and Gromash and Thrall confront Mannoroth in an effort to kill him and set the orcs free... there is nobody there to save Gromash then...
cringe, you think they care? its just money money money
Yaaay. I've been waiting! It's bout to be hype!
deathwing, the dragon, was having armor put on himself, which is gonna take some force. the cataclysm made the panda's home island visible, they were shrouding themselves from the rest of the world. here, orcs were naturally brown/tannish. the demons came and had them drink demonblood and it turned them green, and completely changed them, they were pretty much enslaved to them and very savage. so any green orcs you see either directly drank demonblood or descend from an orc who did. those that didn't stayed brown.
XD
The blizzard reactions are why I subbed lol thanks for the videos.
PLS REACT TO WARCRAFT 3 CINEMATICS!
Cataclysm:
That's Deathwing, formerly known as Neltharion. He's one of the 7 dragon aspects. They're supposed to be good, but Neltharion went a bit cray cray. They're putting plate armor on his body in the video.
Mists of Pandaria:
The only thing to really remember about this expansion is that Garrosh Hellscream is the current warchief of the Horde.
Warlords of Draenor:
Many years ago the orcs drank that green stuff.
Mists of Pandaria was so much fun, new race-pandarian, new class-monk, based on the orient, it was absolutely fantastic and I really enjoyed it.
12bng didn’t deathwing take the dragon soul into him thus change it to the demon soul?
Can you do The old republic cinematics? If you do the first three are Return, Hope, and then Deceived
it's very fun to watch you guys react to World of Warcraft cinematics, keep it up!
NEVER, EVER, take your cat out of the frame again when he/she graces us with their presence. xD
Great Reaction, thanks
Finally .. the one content that gives you the bling bling.. u came to ur sences finally
"Panda was fire", pretty sure nobody has ever said that before.
1:22 They're not attacking Deathwing (the dragon). Those are hitting giant bolts to keep all the metal pieces/armor together. Like nails in wood.
The Dragon deathwing was originally called Neltharion the Earthwarder cutting a long story short he went mad at some point in the past and his body is falling apart because of the corrruption the goblins are his slaves which he used to forge those plates to keep his body together that's why they were hammering the plates and bolts into him
Quick Lore Breakdown
Cataclysm - The dragon is Deathwing, he is the "Aspect of Earth" and leader of the Black Dragonflight (there are 5 dragonflights, earth, time, magic, Life and The Dream).
Pandaria is a land hidden in mist and no outsider had set foot on it in 10,000 years however due to the events of the Cataclysm the mist/fog that hide Pandaria was lifted and the battle between the Alliance and Horde soon ended up coming to Pandaria (way more happens, not going to leave it here haha)
Warlords of Dren..ughh.. This expansion plays with an alternate timeline "Iron Horde" of Orcs NOT drinking the blood but still coming to Azeroth to be conquer Azeroth as a means to never been taken as slaves (which they were under the ogres for a long time in BOTH time lines)
I think my phrase of quick is not quite up to snuff lol
a small fact, when we first fought that dragon we were on his back ! trying to surving while he is flying around azeroth and we slowly removing those plates you saw at the start of the video being nailed on his body ! here is his wiki wow.gamepedia.com/Deathwing, for the 3rd video you watched in game we traveled to a different universe where this never happened th-cam.com/video/b-YMR6l7h4g/w-d-xo.html ,if you watch closely you will see that when the pit lord explodes Grom is saved from the explosion cause on the actual "timeline" he dies cause of it (also the one that saves him is the son of the original timeline Grom )this is why Garrosh tells Gul'dan "times change", also that green drink at the start of the cinematic was the Pit lords blood that made orcs more powerful but gave them their green skin!
Zigrifid lie noob it was Rodin and Venassa who took him on first we just finishest him off and basically fucked Azeroth will we are in the shaowlands
@@RazorClaw999 your comment makes 0 sense >.>
Many of the Orcs turned green due to Fel. Fel was in the cup. Guldan introduced Fel to the orcs. Many of the orcs were interested in Fel because of the power it gave them but it also gave them power that belonged to demons.
It was Guldan in the video and also the same guy that expelled him from the Horde back then in the video.
World of Warcraft has many timeline issues. Multiple timelines exist and it is hard to follow.
Story points:
Dragon aspects have a Dragon form and humanoid form: That was Deathwing the Destroyer, formerly known as Neltharion the Earth-Warder.
Let's see for Warcraft 3 cinematics you have:
Warcraft 3 intro cinematic
human intro
human ending
undead ending
orc ending
night elf ending
Then for Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne (expansion from 2003) you have:
Warcraft 3: Frozen Throne intro cinematic
Warcraft 3 Arthas vs Illidan cinematic (You'll want to put original, the remastered one was outsourced to Taiwan and it sucks)
Warcraft 3 Ending Cinematic
If you watch these keep in mind they're all 4 years before original (also called vanilla) World of Warcraft from 2004
These games were in 2002 and 2003 for the expansion. WoW is essentially Warcraft 4 but done in a different genre of game (MMORPG or massively multiplayer online role playing game) as opposed to the first 3 which were RTS (real time strategy). Also to help you guys out. The expansions and their cinematics go in order:
World of Warcraft (the base game) 2004
The Burning Crusade 2007
Wrath of the Lich King 2008
Cataclysm 2010
Mists of Pandaria 2012
Warlords of Draenor 2014
Legion 2016
Battle for Azeroth 2018
Shadowlands 2020 (we hope)
It's also worth mentioning there is a difference between the cinematic intros vs the trailers for the expansions as well as in game cinematics and patch trailers though not all patches have had trailers and the first game and expansion didn't really have in game cinematics.
Thing is the Pandaren were a concept by Blizzard before the Kung-Fu Panda movies. Btw the Pandaren's name is Chen Stormstout.
Everyone assumed he died after he flew off.
are we not gonna talk about the ninja cat walking across them hahahah straight g
deathwing(the dragon) was turned mad by the old gods that is imprisoned in the planet. The things his minions put on him was elementium armor that keeps his body from breaking apart due to his explosive new nature of madness :-)
Another good reaction video, keep watching em :)
In-game cinematics are also good even though they look completely different but if you find a complication of them it's worth watching.
"Daaang! Everyone trying to destroy Azeroth!". Yes, always. :)
The dwarves were pounding armor onto deathwing . Basically expendable minions.
That green stuff was blood of the demon guy that gives them a lot of strength....”turns them green”
You should watch the one for the legion expansion. And if you're done with warcraft you can the starwars old Republic. Those are really nice as well
The reason you get the orc vibes from Deathwing's voice, is because they are likely voiced by the same guy. Chris Metzen at one point in WoW's history, basically voiced every major villain, for whatever reason. He also voices Thrall, the orc faction leader for most of the game, and one of the two orcs you saw in the "Safe Haven" cinimatic.
if you haven't seen it already you need to watch the Legion expansion trailer and both the Alliance and Horde Broken Shore cinematics.
As for the Warlords of Draenor video
That was a defining moment when the orcs drank the demon blood and became extra violent and aggressive
The expansion is about an alternate reality where the orcs refuse to get enslaved by the demons
Feral attack at 3:45
hahahahaha let the cat do his purrrpurrrr things :D as always love your wow reactions, also i have notice that you like the wow music/soundtracks. as always i leave here my suggestions for another reactions if you want to make, so look for "StarCraft 2 The Trilogy - 4K Movie - inc Wings of Liberty, Heart of the Swarm & Legacy of the Void" (another game of blizzard with great storry! but beware... is huge... almost tow hours). as always take care of you and have fun.
Chen Stormstout, Brewmaster, and Champion of the Horde (retired).
Our favorite Pandaren - Brewmaster Chen Stormstout
Cataclysm - They were repairing the Dragon Neltharion after he lost a battle to destroy Azeroth. previously. So it was a bit torture a bit building a dragon sure.
Mists of Pandaria - Kung fu panda probably influenced that one more than it ought to have
Warlords of Draenor - They are Orcs and Draenor is their home planet. The green orcs are the one's who originally drank the blood of the demon enslaving them to it's will. That's the importance of them saying that they will never be slaves.
Lore time;
Cinematic 1 Cataclysm:
Dragon Deathwing was driven to madness by void, waiting for perfect time to bring Cataclysm to world.
Its still one of my favorite ones because of the back story but its still really cool if you don't know it
This blackdragon is Black prime Dragon. Called Deathwing !
This is the sequence u need to watch
- World of Warcraft (2004)
- World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade (2007)
- World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King (2008)
- World of Warcraft: Cataclysm (2010)
- World of Warcraft: Mists of Pandaria (2012)
- World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor (2014)
- World of Warcraft: Legion (2016)
- World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth (2018)
- World of Warcraft: Shadowlands (2020
XD
You keep calling him Golden...his name is Gul'dan, pronounced like Ghoul-Dan
Ghoulish Daniel.
the green goo was the big demons blood in the original timeline the hooded dude wasn't there and the orcs drank the demons blood those are the green orcs, in the separate timeline which is the one in the cinematic the hooded dude went back in time and changed it so that the orcs rejected the demons blood thus retaining their original colors
There is so much lore you're missing out on by not playing the game and just watching the cinematics.
But he also wants orcs to rule over everybody else so he's a bad guy.
when he said " we ain't finna be slaves " she and i cracked up a bit
That liquid that the Orc refused to drink is what turned the Orcs green. Originally they have an orange/brown skin tone.
The gentleman you saw at 3:39..? That, folks is Lemmy Killmeister! Not only one of the few humans that can throw down w/an Orc but perhaps the ONLY Human that can out-drink one as well!
*;-}*
" i cant moooove" XD i lost it
With all the videos, I highly implore you guys to venture into the game yourself!
