Painting 4th Edition High Elves - 13 Eltharion Layering Stage

Reapplying the base colours before moving up to the mid tones in this video. Essential step, although it can feel that not much is being achieved when reapplying those base colours however it does make the difference and allows for a brighter, more saturated colour in the following passes.
The colours throughout are listed on screen when used, and they are all from the Citadel range.

Thank you, a lot to tackle in painting this miniature and I have to appreciate the sculpting of the model. Quite amazing seeing the detail that was achieved with hand tools and putty.
