    Fantastic review!! Outstanding filming skills!! Some videos on Range Rovers I saw on here were shaky but yours is truly excellent!!!

    I noticed you had an XC90 in your garage. How would you compare this to that one? I was initially looking at the XC90 second hand but came across a '15 LWB (2 years older than the Volvo) for a relatively affordable 20% extra. Interior really is stunning, but tech a lot less I believe in the RR?

      katkat33 thanks for watching. I think it is really personal preference, while the Volvo is nice and has good tech, it also only has a 4 cylinder versus the supercharged V8 of the RR. I think the interior of the RR is much more luxurious but the Volvo has the 3td, so it really comes down to why you need an SUV for I guess

    Enjoyed your video.. After watching your video, I am thinking about getting one for myself. Question: Any issues since you got this car? Range Rover has notorious reputations with maintenances.. Any advice? That will be greatly appreciated..

      BrianJiaying K the newer ones seem to be more reliable - the only issue I had with this one was when the deployable side steps got stuck I had to take it to the dealer but it has otherwise been reliable

    door locks? How to let someone in when doors are locked while you are at the wheel. I can open tailgate with key fob but not close it.

    What made you decide to buy this 2017 Model year Range Rover LWB Supercharged over a brand new 2019 or 2018 model year Range Rover LWB Supercharged with the newer dashboard and the in control touch duo infotainment system that is part of the newer models? was it all down to price or were you looking for something within a budget from this iconic British car brand gone global?

    • @AverageJoeReviewsUSA
      @AverageJoeReviewsUSA  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Speedbird2037 $50,000 less for this one just two years old compared to new. I will upgrade to the 2019 or 2020 in a few years.

      @Average Joe Reviews , I think the 2017 is the best year to buy. It has better looking seats , and to me it looks better than the new body style. The new one has those big Chevy Tahoe rear lights, ugh😩. It definitely has more tech but it just doesn’t look as good as the 2017 or older. You brought the best one because it has the new for one year 2017 screen . The 2013-2016 nav screen is really out dated.

    I have the same car in autobiography. The car has a slot for a SIM card to add a phone line and internet connect capabilities. I am not sure how is it working and I wonder if you could talk about it.

    I read that you can have the software updated on the infotainment system in the 2017 to get Apple CarPlay and android auto. Curious if you had this done and how it works?

    • @AverageJoeReviewsUSA

      Derrick Hatfield yes I did and it works great - the dealer should do it for free - good luck

      @@AverageJoeReviewsUSA Seems like the 2017 is the way to go because of the updated infotainment system in the center console. The 2018+ facelift is out of my price range, the 2016s are cheaper but the lagging outdated info system makes me want the 2017. Torn between going for the V6 or V8, not sure if the v8 is necessary for me but 510hp definitely seems nice. Currently trying to find one with red interior, but it seems impossible. Lol

      @@AverageJoeReviewsUSA Awesome. Seems like you've had it for over 2 years now, it terms of maintenance has it still been pretty reliable? Mind if I ask how much the annual service costs? Apologies for the questions, just trying to get an idea of average running costs! Doing my best to find one with the red interior and under 50k miles.
