I just found this vlog and I've been catching up...I love it! I'm a vegan ultrarunner for almost 5 years now and I think the best change I've noticed isn't so much performance as recovery time. I recover so must faster from hard workouts/races on a plant based diet.

Did you ever have concerns with NCAA regulations and eating hemp? The strength & conditioning coach at my school told us to strictly stay away from hemp, which is in most plant based protein powders which just makes it tough
what plant-based protein powder do you use?

How will you be able to eat enough protein when going plantbased? I just can't see how I would be able to live without greek yoghurt...
Running Junkie everything has protein, and I definitely get enough through whole plant foods like beans, seeds, lentils, nutritional yeast and vegetables.
I've never tried nutritional yeast tho... Excited to try it out. and btw LOVE vlogmas.
