    Great video! Running training isn’t boring to other runners. Interesting to see another runners training and how they get what they need from it.

    For me running/ training without a partner or team to build off of, is lonely and super difficult. But watching these vlogs make me feel like I’m not going through it alone. Thank you, Emma!

      Same here. Watching Emma and other TH-camrs training makes it feel like we're all part of a team. Besides races and ParkRuns, I've run alone on every run since prob 2015. So I fully relate.

    Hey Emma, It was tough for me to get those running PR's after college... I tried marathons and they were good days but that was mainly because of the group I surrounded myself with. Now I'm working toward being a triathlete. Would highly recommend it to you. Would love to see your progression in the sport too! Best luck!

    I’m not good at sprinting, like I wouldnt win a sprint duel at the end of a race. And tips on that?

    Type B girlie here when it comes to training and running … why do we need to change ourselves??? I’d rather run at 10am than at 6am and skip my stretching 🙆🏼‍♀️ Who gives a flying fuuuuck

    Hmm...I'd say some of my running strengths are similar to yours. Also being able to train alone, like yeah it'd be nice to have a coach atm and have people to run with ofcourse, but I can manage training alone too and stay motivated. Another would be I can get up early and train. And when I get in the zone, I feel unstoppable, which keeps me going thru training. But one of my weaknesses is definitely me being prone to stress fractures in my shins, with two past ones and then one like partial one, I'm still perfecting the art of training hard while avoiding injury.
