Okay hear me out i definitely LOVE propel and was also using it as electrolytes but the RD I’m interning with told me it has barely any 😭 but it’s good to just add to water if it helps drink more haha

@@gracemichaud she says Scratch is the best but basically any that have a combo of carbs and electrolytes! LMNT is good in terms of electrolytes but has no sugar. And liquid IV is good too!
Can agree with this as a student sports dietitian! You want electrolytes with glucose in as they help increase the amount of electrolytes absorbed into the cells
Also top tip - almond milk has basically no protein and just expensive water . I would recommend cow or soy milk
