I love your butter tortilla recipe, and can hardly wait to try this one for corn tortillas. I am always chasing the consistent puff. I follow you on Instagram and Threads. Thank you so much!❤❤
Making corn tortillas is one of the few things that intimdate me in a kitchen. Thank you for this detailed video filled with your tips and tricks. I will have to go and grab a bag of maseca now 💗
Ana, you make it look so easy. :D I am a subscriber, I enjoyed your demonstration, and it does give me hope, so I will try the technique you used in the future. I don’t have a press, and I think mine were too wet and too thick. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us, and with such a pleasant smile and presentation. Thanks!
Hi Anna❣️ Is there another way to press the tortillas without using plastic? I ask because plastic is something I try really hard not to use as plastic and its impact on our planet is devastating. Thank you❣️
Try the traditional hand patting method. Pat, pat, pat, turning as you pat from one hand to the other until it is a nice size. Takes practice but it does not require a tortilla press or any plastic. 😊❤
Hola Ana, with all due respect, do you realize how adorable you are? Thank you for sharing your awesome tortilla making tips.
