I had taken this repeated reference with a grain of salt until I happened sit next to a fellow from Mexico in the first semister of my Physical Chemsitry course and after a few days of casual pre-class conversation he informed me the Mexico was indeed one of the mineralogically richest counntry on the planet Boggle. Where does that then put Venzehuala?
Mexico, Venezuela, the Middle East, Russia, and so many more. It's a recurring theme around the world, isn't it? Countries with vast reserves of natural resources; completely handicapped by corruption, ignorance, and infighting.
