It's simple . First draw the zero sequence voltage phasor, then rotate it by 180 degree to get -3V0 . MTA is 75 degree lag. Draw the MTA line. From MTA line extend two line one is +90 degree and another to -90 degree direction.you will get the operating region.

what about 3V0 as reference instead of -3V0?
Polarity of Voltage reference will be changed therefore it will detect reverse direction fault.
