Do you think that for shorter distances like a 20m sprint you are faster than Blaine, but for longer distances like 40m or longer he would be faster? I know he is/was an actual sprinter, and therefore his technique and top speed would take over in longer distances, but for shorter distances your strength and acceleration do give you an advantage. Just my hypothesis
Hi! Although soccer looks like a completely different world compared to football or basketball, a lot of the programming will actually be similar! Get globally strong, jump and sprint often. Then you’ll be 90% there :)
