We accept pain because it shapes us, be grateful for the suffering, a silent joy becomes alive in small things most people miss, we grow to except truth, the single point where you learn, that the painful path taught us so much, how to let go, to move on and be one with the inner strength that is strong enough to move mountains.

It hurts you know..when you lose that one person, you never wanted to lose, it hurts when you feel the love so strongly in your entire body, but at the end it's for nothing!

My sister died January this year I found out yesterday and her funeral was the first of February this year

Because my better half, the LOVE of my Life, thee only man I ever Loved so much my HUSBAND & i was not in sync...It made me numb.... 😭😭😭 LIFELESS💔
I tried hard to get his attention... even just talking to each other wasn't possible😢 becoz, it would end up in a argument.... I Needed You my Love, Just to pull me closer, & I needed u to tell me everything is going to b ok... I wanted my Husband to reassure me that everything is going to just perfect, like he always USE to do, but he didn't & that really hurt me badly,😢💔
but still I would not just give up, I would leave him to calm down & settle, leave him to do his own thing to relax
And I would give it another try when he was better. But another try & another blow. Just kept cutting me deeper & deeper like sharp knife cutting 🔪through ur flash... I couldn't handle it anymore because it seemed like me tryin made him angry... and I started slowly to withdraw, just to keep the peace.....But I was hurting us both, I know that now😥 How I wish it was only a nightmare.... because that is pain I never want to feel again.... I wish someone would do that to me
Girls all try so hard just to impress a guy whether they know their future with them or not... we always decide that they are the person who we will have our mind set on for the next 5 months. We always create a future with them in our head even though we know it’s not gonna happen. And then we have to realize that that guy will never end up with us and that he will never like a girl like me. We try so hard to impress a guy who is already trying to impress other girls.
Ladies like if I’m right...
funny thing is with me, the guy i was talking too was also planning our future. we were going to live in a house near the city and have fun getting drunk together or cuddling on the couch. we both wanted that for us and he's just suddenly....gone.
They can say anything that we girl want to hear.. even tough it probably a lies... and sadly,,, we love to hear that...
its not always a girl, we guys love deeply too, we cherish the one more than ourselfs, their smile matters more than anything but in the end, nothing matters.

When I first heard this going through my break up i would cry uncontrollably but now I listen and smile. Time heals everything 🤞🏾
The purest of hearts in this world realize where they go wrong, and that's when it all goes bad , the pain is real , and when someone leaves is one of the worst pains of all.

I don't know if I believe in Jesus anymore. Countless nights sitting in dark rooms bawling and praying. Begging pleading just asking for her back. Then one day I prayed that she was happy. And as far as I know she is. I'm nothing special. I'm nothing at all.

This is so beautiful, it makes me cry. Darling, you are so special to me, I would never let you go nor hurt you.
Such is life, you mess it up only to realise "What was I thinking?"
I used to relate to videos like these when I lost a friend and I can't explain how good it is to lose my closest friend and not relate to this at all. I wasn't even sad for a minute. October has been my best month all year. Leaving her was the best decision I've ever made. Good for me. Hopefully good for her too.

There's beauty in this spoken word. Someone stepped out of a 1sided perspective and looked at both sides seeing their behavior and actions which allows opportunity and potential to grow and follow the path truly wanted. Must have been an amazing release of what was pushed down and feared especially if done before becoming a repeated process over several or many relationships. Spread those wings, love like it's your last day and no one is watching, tell them what you need and or why your hurting, be the light.

Why does this remind me of of my boyfriend and I . It seems like he doesn’t care about us or if I ever leave . I’ve done nothing but love him and make sure he knows that , but at times I wonder if he really loves me like he says he does he lets me walk away from him cause He’s not a little kid who’s gonna chase me . He gets mad at me for saying how I feel and can’t change the way of his words for me . I’m the best thing that has haptic him and I know that for a fact . Thank you for this poem it made me realize a lot 💖

I once felt this way toward someone and still lost them. I tried so hard to fix things and keep them but it was not enough. I wasn't enough.
I have a positive comment about 2020, I found a support group of poets, who have brought me out of my shell. I have recorded 100+ poems in two months, which has been incredible and very healing of my trauma. Thanks for asking. I see a light in the darkness of this lockdown, and it is art.

Sounds like what my past is all about.
Sounds emotional.
I feel this one, for a friend for most of it, as for the why it brought me into tears, I just feel I made someone feel unworthy or not special, I couldn't be there for them with my first in romance unfolding, I was there for me. I have my heart set towards another as it's always been but separation has been a long twenty years now. I don't ever want to grow with another but to try only confirmed it after the passion had cooled off, yeah there was love but trust that it's not worth living for the body, you have to bring love forward where it's naturally inclined or die trying because to have caused harm was wrong, to have inspired deep hurt inside for breaking my vow of holding on to bring my first love, hope that fairytale are real has been tarnished and all because I couldn't allow for my body to be left in detrimental lack of passion. So I apologize for any of my toxicity involved.
