on.. friday was it? i made a server (pretty much my first time in mp), ran a dynamic mission and it went amazing with people mostly flying in teams, reporting launching missiles and overall with comms. It wasnt level like here but i must say it was pretty amazing first time to have for me :D
(and the full mission took in total like 3h+)

For the milsim crowd, FENCE IN refers to returning to base conditions (IE: safe weapons, secure countermeasures, more comms etc.) FENCE OUT is the correct term for exiting the FLOT (forward line of troops) or entering mission profile (think WALR-M Weapons, ASE/countermeasures, Lights, recorder((N/A)), and MFDs) thats just a list specific to helicopters but gives a good idea of the thought process.

I'm pretty new to VTOL VR ... is this using a mod that extendeds your night vision to the entire FOV? The night mission I tried out last night was a great time, but the night vision was only a portion of what I could see.

Nope, all of what you see is vanilla VTOL VR. There should be an option for it in the settings.
