never do a voltage adjustment, most common cause is dust on the the laser it self (not the lens) you have to take the lens off and be really really careful and steady as the lens has 2 thin copper wires holding on to it, take the black covering off there is some sticky like glue stuff that will be on there a few vary careful tugs up will unstick it (recommend you don't put that piece down, as this next step takes seconds) once that is off you will see the laser its self and carefully use a q-tip (using it damp, not wet, or even dry will work) wipe the laser clean, put it back together carefully steady hands are a must. After thats done its a 95% fix of all DRE's and she will work like new
