Thank you for identifying the main issue, Cleopatra’s lineage is a mixed bag of inbreeding. As you point out, Egypt was already sliding into decline, during her reign. & all the major buildings, spiritual beliefs, & all their pillars of learning were already in place. The question is why is the 25th dynasty referred as the Black Pharaohs? Wouldn’t the Pharaohs of the first dynasty be Black? Wasn’t the Pharaohs of all the Golden Ages Black? Just curious, when do you think the Arabs invaded Egypt? & which golden age are you referring? To my knowledge there was at least three? You say golden age singular. We all know there’s many shades of Black. But we can apply the American measure of a drop of Black blood, makes you Black. Or the historians nearer the times description, as stated in the video post. Did you watch it? No doubt the make up of the population would be different then today. The darker skinned Egyptian’s would not have been pushed out of Cairo, & Alexandria. That migration to southern Egypt wouldn’t have started yet, as with the stripping of the white stones from the pyramids to make Arab temples & palaces.

African artists must start to make super films with all our ancient ancestors and dynasty with their original colours from the first to last ones. That is how to bring african consciousness back! Africa must put herself on the pedestal of gods again because not only were we first bores but we were precursors of any meaningful for civilisation and human knowledge to the globe; from spirituality (divinity and anthropology) religion, medicine, science, mathematics, cosmology, philosophy, arts and culture, and law and agriculture. If any Greek said that the Egyptians were Black then I'd ask which Egyptians were they seeing? People from Aswan on up or people below Aswan? Black people in Egypt are largely in the south. From Aswan on up the Egyptian population is largely non black.

The Greeks, coming in from Europe, would have encountered the northern Egyptians first, and this video tells you exactly what they saw there. The population changed due to the original inhabitants being forced to flee southwards into inner Africa by successive foreign invasions starting with the Hyksos’ invasion, to the later Persian, Greek, Roman and Arab invasions. Several African ethnic groups have a tradition of having migrated from the north in antiquity, due to wars and invasions.
Umm maybe the same way North America used to be majority Native American 250 years ago now it’s majority white today.
Upper Egypt is in the South and Lower Egypt is in the North
