I wish you were my nurse when I had a stroke 3 May 3024. Everyone I met in the hospital was horrified by my fasting and Carnivore lifestyle. The doctors blamed my stroke on Carnivore. I figured out it was more likely my acute infected root canal tooth. My labs were excellent. My Cardiac Ultrasound and neck ultrasound were pristine. My Ejection Fraction was 62%. Of course, my elevated LDL called for Statins. They suggested I switch to the ill-defined Mediterranean Diet instead of Carnivore. They ignored my high HDL and low Triglycerides. My HBa1C was 5.5. My low BP was overlooked.

Nokes was in a professional court, not a criminal or civil court, which is why they were able to try him twice. The jury was a panel of professional colleagues, some of whom were clearly on the side of the dietitian cabal. Just a small correction.
If that's true that some of the jury was made up of doctors who support the current dietary guidelines and Nokes still won...TWICE...really speaks to the veracity of the Keto and Carnivore WOE.
I still don't understand why he thinks "net carbs" is a problem. Although fiber is a carbohydrate, it cannot be digested. How can this have any impact on the liver like he says ("tell that to your liver")?

I think natural fiber in a food is fine. But when they add the fiber to the food then that’s just ridiculous .
