Okay. Take the wheel out. The front one. And put it the other way round. If you look closely on the black thing, it shows child controls on one side and parent control on the other. Just got ours yesterday and seriously considering returning it because it wouldn't steer fine. But it's all sorted now. Hope it helps y'all as well.
I love your review but it’s really a big problem pulling the handle up it’s not as easy like it shown on the video when purchasing this item it’s cute it does what it supposed to do but folding it up and taking it out to use it it’s horrible takes a good 15 minutes that’s the only bad thing about it I had to end up buying a stroller

I just bought it and it takes me 1 minute to unfold and set up the handles maybe it depends from person to person?
Do you know why there is a zipper on the hood?

It is for accessories, like a mosquito net. Doesn't come in the same package though.
